Has a few different settings on it for the 360. You can take a picture from your phone, so if you want to not be in the picture you can set the camera up and hide behind a bush.

why i picked the gear 360 over the 360fly - 4K Action Camera true 360 view use most options without a phone sound not muffled removable memory.(but have to buy it) cost less

I was looking to use this for a baby viewing cam but doesn't stream live unless your broadcasting which is hard and annoying to set up.

Excellent 360.... for a beginner the quality and price make sense less than $100. I bought this in preparation of getting the GoPro's 360 which more expensive & more robust. This Gear 360 is lots of fun at first you get nausea understanding your photos and video but you will get along if you have the downloadable software and apps. I used a 128gb micro sd card. the charge holds long but better to keep a battery backup..

Much better than I expected. The only improvement needs to be making it easier to share material directly from the camera.

I am a hobbyist photographer so I know the difference between pro gear and consumer gear. This is a nifty piece to add to my camera bag. I love that I can initiate a pic (or video recording) from my cell phone with this on a tripod. I have to play with it a bit more to get myself out of the picture/video when hand-holding, but it is to be expected. I checked in the Best Buy store to make sure the camera and software both worked well with an iPhone (being that this is a Samsung device), and it did. A 360 time-lapse is also a neat feature. I had fun playing with it and I think it would be great for real estate. I can totally imagine an agent giving viewers a lengthy walking tour and allowing people online to browse around. Facebook and YouTube support viewing the 360 photos/video so it makes it easy to share them like you would other content.

Gift for someone who loves cameras and gadgets. Also bought a small tripod for the camera and he loves it.

Great camera for 180 and 360 views. Also does video and time lapse. Can run remotely from your smart phone.
