GPS does not track distances accurately.

This GPS does not track distances accurately. Even after making sure that the watch had detached from the Bluetooth connection to the phone, the tracking is usually about 100 yards short of actual, all occurring in the first 500 feet.

I like the features in the watch, you get more than just the time! The only thing so far is that some times is not very accurate, it does not give me the right time of sleep or the right amount of steps I have walked.

I bought this watch for my wife for her daily runs. Unfortunately, it does not accurately record her steps when she runs with the baby stroller. Other than that, it has all the features she needs to keep track of her workouts.

I have had total of 4 Samsung gear fit and gear fit pro. the watch stops charging. Luckily, I purchased the protection plan and the watch was replaced. This watch doesn't keep accurate steps.

I had the watch for about 4 months now. I would say it has "worn" out a bit. It doesn't accurately count my bpm anymore. Working out with it has become...blah ...i paid good bucks for it, I expected more from Samsung. .

Battery doesn't last long at all. Have to charge it daily. I bought it over the Fitbit versa because it linked to Spotify and I can't get it to link, it tries to connect but never does. It doesn't seem to track my stairs accurately either. Wish I would have gotten a different tracker.

Since I've recently switched to a Samsung phone, I thought I would give the watch a try. Unfortunately, I was less than impressed. The GPS took a really long time to connect, and was rarely accurate. I was hoping it would compare to the Garmin's I've had in the past, but it wasn't even close. Ended up returning it within a month.

The small was too big for my wrist and didn't always read my heart rate accurately. We bought a large band and my husband now uses it. The apps are great but the battery life is awful. If you have a small wrist, definitely wouldn't recommend. Also have to charge every few days so that is annoying. Other than that I did like the band and the exercise options it gives such as lunges and squats pretty good accuracy while performing each rep

I got this watch to sync with my Samsung phone and to monitor my fitness activity. Returning texts is a pain. Phone calls can only be accepted or declined. If you accept you have to pick up your phone and use it, no talking through the watch. For fitness it is inaccurate and does not track location unless you have your phone with you! Scratches Very easily.

This is for the person that wants something a little more than just a fitness tracker but not quite a full blown smart watch. The screen is beautiful and customizable. The ability to put music straight onto the watch makes it stand out over other fitness trackers. It's waterproof too! I give it 4* because it does bog down occasionally and runs slow. Also, the heartbeat sensor isn't very accurate. Other than that, it's a great device!

the Device is very useful. the Screen is very nice and visible in all sorts of light. My only complaint is the swim function which is why I purchased it. its isn't very accurate. . and doesn't record Kickboard. And sometimes the Screen locks up and needs to be restarted.

Inaccurate calorie calculations for exercises and it adds in your BMR for burned calories with no option to turn this function off. You would need to use a separate calorie calculator for just activity to get your regular burnt calories alone. Step calculations off. Can't adjust inactive health nudge times, it's stuck at 50 minutes. If it's not tight on wrist the heart rate is inaccurate as well. And in order to do more advanced stuff you have to download app upon app on your phone instead of the convenience of just one app. However, it's a nice screen, and it's better than most other active trackers at this price range. I got it for swimming and it's on point for tracking laps/lengths swam.

I have had the Gear Pro for 3 days now and I am going to return it. The battery will hold up for 2 days before you need a charge. It's odd most things you have to program from your watch but the watch doesn't retain blocks that your phone has set up so emails at 2am, blocked by phone will vibrate on your watch. If you go to spin class this watch will not work, doesn't track steps while in class, where phone alone will if you are standing up on the bike. Watch will override the phone when it comes to tracking. If you sweat the heart rate will not work. Even after numerous times clearing the back of watch and placing it back on (very tight) when you press the button to get heart rate it will tell you to check and clean the back of the watch again. Going back to my Polar heart rate monitor.

Bought this new at best buy in jan 2018. Had nothing but problems with this, not accurate for swimming laps, froze up had to reset numerous times. Last straw was suddenly line across screen under the screen protector. Sent for warranty repair. Samsung says out of warranty and pay 87.00 for repair. Why the ....would I pay 50% of the cost of new phone to have it repaired??? How can it be out of warranty after only six months??? Told them to send it back to me unrepaired. I will nevef buy another Samsung product and tell others!!!

I bought this for my wife over Christmas. She really likes it and really only one main complaint. The heart rate sensor isn't accurate at all. We checked it against a medical grade heart rate monitor and it was off by about 20 bpm. The battery life is pretty bad too. It only lasts 1-2 days depending on use. Other than that. she loves that it has internal storage for music, allowing her to exercise without bringing her phone along. Also, it isn't really big on her wrist like most smartwatch/fitness watches are. Overall, good features for the price.

I purchased this watch for my daughter who swims competitively. 4 months after buying the product, the battery lost life, randomly shut off, and would not charge. I contacted Samsung customer service and they had me send it back to them for a repair. The watch returned with a letter that said the watch was unrepairable due to water damage. What? Samsung's website claims you can go straight from swimming laps to the shower. Did they mean with the watch, or without it? Apparently-stated contrary to the website and the box-Samsung customer service informed me that this watch is rated for less than 30 minutes in clean water (not chlorinated) and no deeper than 5 feet. By using the built in swim workout mode, you void the warranty and risk ruining the watch. We also purchased one for my son to use for running. His watch tracks three quarters of a mile short over a three mile run. Disappointingly inaccurate. When counting steps, the watches are fantastic, but so is a pedometer from the dollar store. So if you want a $200 pedometer then this is the watch for you. Just don't count on it for swimming or running and certainly don't expect Samsung to stand behind their product or their marketing.
