It is OK it froze on me a few times but other than that it does the job I knew I couldn't talk into the watch or really write out a response to people for messages but it did OK because it had pre loaded responses that I can edit. I did like how one day I was getting overheated and my heart was racing and it thought I was working out when I measured my heart rate it was actually beating way too fast and I almost passed out so it kind of saved me

Fairly easy to set up. Not particularly accurate.

Does not accurately count steps or flights of stairs. Limited number of exercise options for automatic detection. Hard to see in bright sunlight. Music app tough to use as you have to pair it with bluetooth headphones. No Facebook app. No internet access. No capability to answer incoming calls. No way to type responses to messages (only preloaded responses available). Not the best, but not the worst.

So far, this watch has been pretty good. I haven't had any technical issues or anything like that. The 4 start rating is because there are some features that sound nice in theory, but really aren't very beneficial. You can answer calls through the watch, but they actually answered on your phone since the watch doesn't have a speaker or microphone. The emoji replies you can use for texting are very limited so most of the time I end up using my phone to choose an emoji or reply to messages. There is an app on the watch to enter your calorie intake to your myfitness pal profile, but you can only increase by 1 calorie at a time and there is no nutrition information. If you have a 300 calorie meal, you have to push the ^ button 300 times. You would also need to know the exact calories if you want to add them through your watch. This feature would be way more beneficial if you could select from a list of favorites or frequently added meals. Overall, I pretty much use the watch for step and sleep tracking, as well as heart rate. It is nice to get notifications even when my phone is on silent. Occasionally I will play music directly from my watch, but I really need to find a better pair of Bluetooth headphones to take full advantage of that. I also use the timer and stop watch quite a bit. Other than that, I don't use too many of the apps. Many of them perform pretty much duplicate functions so maybe some space could have been freed up for other more impressive functions if those were cut back. It really is a decent watch for the price though!
