    My husband really wanted this Samsung S2 watch. But it would not hold a charge for a day so he sent it back to Samsung, who would not replace it with an S3. They repaired the S2 and it still wouldn't work. He sent it back again and they attempted to repair it again but now it won't connect to the verizon network. This is an expensive gadget and Samsung should have worked harder to remedy this situation. My husband spent hours with Samsung customer service. We're out over $300. How disappointing.

    It's quirky and completely takes over your Bluetooth. If you don't turn Bluetooth off when you get a phone call, it will push the call back-and-forth from your phone to the watch. The voice command is far superior to phone technology. Not what we expected.

    Watch might be great, however the band size is not long enough for someone with a large wrist. Product has been unused since its purchase due to the band size and lack of longer bands for sale.

    Getting to most apps is time consuming. Can't seem to do anything on the fly. Have to stop and totally focus. Need time to figure out what I'm doing.

    Very very poor documentation on how to use the product. No online manuals available, only 128 pages of safety information and health disclaimers. I'm a retired professional (geophysicist) and the Gear S2 classic is totally non-intuitive on its use and highly over-rated.

    It didn't work as promised with my IPhone. I was supposed to be able to use the watch to get my calls and messages even if it was In cali and I was in NY. That turned out to be a lie
