I've read a lot a reviews about the Tumi Exclusive watch face not being on the watch and it does NOT come pre-installed. You have to go to this link; http://galxy.us/tumi It will then open the gear app to the watchface for download. Now that's out of the way. It's a beautiful watch and the OS is great! The app store is VERY limited and lacking options but I assume this will grow with it's popularity. Call quality is great and loud.

I love this watch. I have both this and an Apple Watch and hands down prefer the Samsung. My favorite feature is creating my own faces! Awesome.

stepped up from Gear 2 and so glad that I did. Watch is larger and very stylish with great features. Best Buy staff was very helpful.

This is the 4th smart watch I've purchased and this one is by far my favorite. Mainly due to the larger face and designer band.

Replaced an Apple Watch. Muck better quality and battery lasts much longe4. Works great with my iPhone 8.

This watch has a rotating bezel which not only protects the screen from impacts but also serves as the way to navigate menus. I found this watch just as easy to use as the Apple Watch but less convienent for sleep tracking. I returned this watch, but only because I did not like the note 8 and went back to Apple. The cellular Apple Watch stole me back, but if you want a more hearty experience or use android only this is the way to go.

This is an nice addition to the tech arsonal taks some getting used to just wish I had the one you could add to your bill and leave your phone at home

This watch is great and easy to use. There are lots of watch faces you can choose and everything is just about at your fingertips.

This is the perfect smartwatch even with an iPhone as your mobile device. You receive all notifications and the fitness side of it works great as well. With an iPhone, you cannot reply to text, email, answer calls, or listen to music. You also cannot get that special edition watch face that’s advertised. I switched the band to a black stainless steel. Love the watch.

I would not recommend spending the extra $100 for the Tumi edition unless you just have to have the watch band. Contact me if you want to buy mine. Watch is REALLY nice and works great. Only complaint is battery life. If I use it all day with the watch face staying on, I only get about 16 hours out of it. But for me that is enough.

This is my 3rd Samsung Smartwatch and by far the best. The Tumi band is actually comfortable enough to wear all day and night. Although the price is steep for an upgrade from my S2 I actually have used this watch everyday and wear while sleeping as well for tracking of my sleep and heart rate, etc. Nice job Samsung!
