It freezes mid-work with increasing frequency. I can get about 10-20 minutes of work done and then nothing. I have to restart. Very frustrating.

I've had this computer for over a year and it's been great for daily use. I'm not sure why it's has some bad reviews because it does everything it need to do. Its even a touch screen :)
