I know they are not near as fast as the new M.2 drives BUUUUUUUT! These are cheap and very accessible and probably work faster than anything your old machine can handle lol. Love these SSD’d I bought three of them!

There is a remarkable difference as i have also upgraded my RAM from 8 to 16 GB. Till now things r pretty good will b playing some games to check its performance. Recommended to buyers

Best Buy has great deals on SSD refurb drives.

Took mere seconds to format and moving games to it from the main PS5 SSD drive was quick. I have bought 2 refurb drives from Best Buy at great prices and they just work. I didnt test this one but most chatter online is that these drives are returns with little to no use so the drive are practically brand new. I got this one 1TB for $69.99

The 1TB Samsung 870 EVO SATA SSD arrived very quickly in an original box, and when I powered it up, it appeared to have had a little over 1TB of data written to it and power on hours of 31 days. So, yeah, not too bad for the price. I would buy it again.

Replacement increased laptop speed

After replacement speed significantly increased and, while not guaranteed, i feel better about a newer storage medium. Neighbor had recommended Samsung because he does this at work and hasn't had a ssd Sumsung failure yet.

Cant go wrong with Samsung SSD's
