    Was a legit item, probably just a repackaged return. Still well within warranty period and low TB written. I was hesitant after hearing about people buying refurb 4tb units and getting relabeled 500gb-1tb models instead. Just inspect immediately so there's no question and you should be fine.

    These certified refurbished SSDs are absolutely fantastic - lowered cost because they've been used, but the drives I've received have little use at all. Most have only been powered on a handful of times and have only had a few hundred megs of write/rewrites. Wipe and you're all set!

    Got this as a refurbished item from best buy and was amazed on the quality of the product. I migrated all my stuff from the previous HDD to this and was up and running in a little over 3 hours (including time to transfer the files)

    I use this Samsung - Geek Squad Certified Refurbished 870 EVO 1TB SATA Solid State Drive in a MAC PRO 5,1 as a windows dual boot drive and it works great. Buy the $7.00 drive sled if you are going to use like I have.
