Worked, but not a 1 tb drive

However when I installed it in my laptop, it wasn't even 500gb. The package and the sticker both advertised 1tb. I imagine someone did a swaperoo on stickers with a 500gb and sent it back to best buy. I ended up returning it without any hassle. Customer service is why i'm giving it 2 stars. Geek squad should have caught it prior however.

A Welcome Improvement
