Bought it Geek Squad Refrurbished. It works, and was a good price. Hopefully no issues.

Great price and so far, very solid memory. No complaints at all. Complements my new laptop's factory ssd extremely well.

Bought a refurbished but great value for the price.

Couldn't tell it was Refurbished. Installed and used the included cloning software to transfer over the OS to the new drive.

Could tell immediately this was better than my crucial.

Cannot give a 0 star rating so submitting with 1 star. Do not recommend a Geek Squad Certified Hard Disk. Bought one and warranty reduced from 5yrs (new one) to 90days (so called Geek Squad Certified). The disk was giving a problem since the beginning and stopped working completely after 7-8 months. No warranty no support, not worth even trying. Just get a new one, wouldnt ever recommend a Geek Squad Drive to anyone.

The drive works, but reads only go up to 200MB/s, writes are around 1000MB/s. I have 4 others of this same drive that I purchased new and they all work normal. Wont be purchasing refurbished again. And unfortunately I didn't have time to test it until after the return policy ended.

I was surprised with the quality of the drive I record seeing as it was refurbished. Also the drive has not damaged since I received it, which was almost 6 months ago. I would recommend Best Buy refurbished from now on!

Thought it was a good bargain but now not so much when trying to get service. Mine unfortunately died about 70 days into usage - unfortunately Best Buy won't service / exchange it, instead saying to go to Samsung for service. With Samsung, unfortunately my registration w/ them (after providing a screenshot of my receipt) have been stuck in "warranty validation in dispute" status for over 10 days and I fear that even if they validate the purchase at some point, the 90 day warranty would be over...

Refurbished = new. I've bought refurbished Samsung NVMes from BB 3 times now. Gotten basically brand new drives every single time. Just make sure to check disk health and TBW using Crystal Disk Info.

This is my first time purchase of a NVMe SSD. I am very happy with this purchase.

This item is terrible. my refurbished drive died after 8 months of minimum usage. Upon checking the drive with samsung magician, this drive had 200TB written on it before it was refurbished and resold by the Geek Squad. Of course no warranty to cover.

I purchased this and received a Samsung 860 evo instead, which is completely useless for me. Take your money somewhere more reliable.

First one I got was a 500gb model instead of a 1tb model. I got it replaced, but the replacement died after an hour of use. I had the side panel off, and cool air coming inside as my window was open and it was around 50F outside. I ended up just exchanging it for a standard sata powered SSD brand new with no issues so far.

I bought a 1TB drive, but received a 500GB drive. Returned for a full refund, but it left a bad impression, so I bought a brand new SSD elsewhere.

Used this drive for my OS and some games and died after 10 months of use

Difficult set up in HP Laptop. Got bitlocker on it and then it wasn't backing to one drive just before it quit altogether, taking my data with it. No support from HP and little from Samsung on swap. Only worked 7 Mos. Not recognized in bios. Don't think Best Buy will take return.

Advertised as a refurbished 970 Evo Plus, but came with a 980 in the box.

No problems so far. Good read and write speed. 1TB for $80 can't beat that.
