It works really great, I had no problems with anything, and the write and read speeds were pretty amazing. Everything was as advertised and honestly would recommend this product

I keep buying the refurbished Samsung drives, either NVMe or SSD and been very happy with the results. I know I can get another brand for almost the same price in brand new condition, but the quality and speed of Samsung are great. And the amount of hours these drives have been used before being refurbished is usually under 10 hours. So definitely worth the price.

I think with these GS drives its a luck of the draw with which one you get. I received one that only had 50GB's written to it. I ran the performance and health test in Samsung Magician and it came back perfect as well. It's also nice that it is PCIe v4 and not PCIe v3, which is a nice bonus.

awesome hard drive. it writes at blistering paces. I have gigspeed internet from comcast, I went from downloading around 65MB on steam to downloading around 114MB on steam because of it. it made my old ssd hard drive look stupid. and I mean really stupid. I purchased the geek squad certified refurbished and I checked the life on it and how many writes it had on it. it had a total of 2 writes on it. it must of been a return. it was on for a total of 8 hours before I got it. so technically its used but not much at all.. I cant say the same will be for yours but mine was in PERFECT condition. i'm so glad I saw this sale. I was just about to purchase a regular one. went on google and saw that best buy had these and it was a no brainer. plus you still have the factory warranty.. why would you want to spend retail when you can buy this? best buy always does a good job when selling stuff like this. they don't let the junk ones pass thru. at least everything ive ever purchased thru their refurbished geek squad stuff has been top notch! im in love with it. and as im writing this I think I might just buy another one hahaha

Perfect for my computer. Very fast uploading, downloading, and application loading speeds. Stores plenty of files.

This drive resides in the third m.2 slot in my desktop. Once Windows recognized the drive, all was well. The drive was packed carefully and the package arrived promptly. Buying a refurbished drive like this results in significant savings on a quality product. I am very satisfied with this purchase. Best of luck with your computer projects.

Upgraded from a Hynix 256GB SSD to this Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB SSD. Used a USB C enclosure I purchased on ebay for $20 to clone the Windows 10 system using Macrium software. Systems runs slightly faster and I have twice the storage. The Geek Squad Certified Refurbished 970 EVO showed only 10 hours of use and 5 startups using CrystalDiskInfo.

I bought this for my dad so he could run his OS on a faster drive for a pc I'm giving him. Great read and write times and haven't had any problems at all!

Got this for about $25, which is an amazing deal (unfortunately prices have gone up quite a bit). At that price, it's an amazing deal, but as of writing the price is $55 which is quite a bit more than I'd pay. Still a great product, though. Fast read and write, easy to install.

This is the fastest Gen 3 M2 SSD. I have three of these installed over a year. Works perfectly. Does not come with a screw to attach to motherboard.

My son plays this game called Rust and it took him 15-20 mins to load into the game everyday. I installed this today and he was shocked at how much faster the game loads. I didn't need anything fancy because this is just for a game. So the discounted refurbished one was perfect. I'm happy because I saved a few bucks getting a refurbished ssd and my son is happy. So 5 stars for making everyone satisfied.

Like new. Fast. No problems. I was somewhat hesitant to buy refurbished, but it passed all the tests and works great. Recomended.

Yeah don't listen to all the fanboys saying refurb SSDs are crap, or you need the super-duper fastest PCI-E 5.0 SSD. Most people's use cases won't ever get near PCI-E 4.0 or 5.0 bandwidth so it ultimately doesn't matter. Also many of these Samsung SSDs are prior returns with little-to-no wear and tear. And even if they do have wear, they still have easily 5-7 years of service life left. By that time, you' ll have upgraded to something better. Just buy it!

A reliable drive for any computing device with matching port. It is a sturdy external backup device if used with a good enclosure. Super fast if used with USB C 10Gbps data cables.

Has been working great. Product boots up with no problem at all. There are hostory that these m2 ssd cards might be failing faster than other but it hasnt happened to me yetn i also heard that a update to the cards might fix the issue.

A fantastic price point for a fine piece of hardware. Don't let the refurbished branding drive you away, these have had little use and are blemish-free. Wipe and you're all set.

Just installed on my new HP laptop. It works just fine. its fast compared to the stock ssd came with my lappy. hope it will last forever.

All packaging and paper were present in the box. I installed and download Samsung test/management software which shows only 100GB previously written. I ran the benchmark and got the published specs. Very nice! After the benchmark, the tool showed an additional 100GB written so it's possible that the card was only opened for testing then sent back. I built a new system with this drive. Windows 10 installed very quickly and shows the login in less than two seconds from cold boot. It's certainly doing what I expected and I think I got a very good deal on this purchase!

Bought it refurbished for $40, yet it works like new. Worked right out of the box, I don’t like how Samsung won’t honor the warranty on refurb items

Works great and as intended, nice and fast. No issues with it after a couple years.
