Great price and item, works great, very fast, several times faster than the SSD

Pretty great deal as they're virtually unused but heavily discounted. I do recommend checking it with Crystaldiskinfo or Samsung Magician as soon as you get it to make sure yours works properly and you haven't unfortunately gotten one of the heavily used ones. If yours doesn't work well, returning it should be easy as long as you don't wait too long to do so.

The item arrived professional repackaged. The nvme works well and in like new condition.

If you know anything about how NAND flash works, you’d understandably be hesitant to purchase a Refurbished (let’s be honest here) USED SSD because they wear out after being written/read enough times. In this case the warranty is done after 300 terabytes have been written to the 500GB disk. I decided to take a gamble on these because I planned on using a pair in my Synology NAS for cached data acceleration (even if the SSD failed, data wouldn’t be lost). I was pleasantly surprised when i encountered a drive that was written to very little, never overheated, and restarted less than a dozen times. (Using SMART to check the drive stats) By my math, the SSD has at least 99.7% of its life left. The cherry on top was my ability to register Samsung’s 5 year warranty to July 2027 (drive was purchased in January 2023). No clue where Best Buy is getting these from, but I’d buy these again. (For Best Buy, you’d probably move more of these units if you could guarantee that the drives have had less than a terabyte written in the description)

This ssd is much faster than my old one, and holds everything not gaming related just fine, and even leaves some room for my videos

I use this as portable device after I put it in to a little external enclosure. I carry it anywhere and I paid only $45 to get this on a sale. Great little help yet big enough to stuff enough large files up to 500 gb. I don't need a little USB memory anymore because this is faster better yet as portable as the usb memory yet better in size, speed, and everything.

I had some trouble with the first SSD I bought as my computer would not recognize the drive at first and then it would not boot into Windows properly so I went back to Best Buy and they replaced it. So far, the new SSD works great and is very fast. However, I don't think I can notice a difference when compared to my old SATA SSD during every-day tasks on my computer unless I am constantly moving around or downloading large files. The boot time hasn't really improved much. I would recommend the drive, but be cautious when buying refurbished storage drives because the employees told me that it's possible that they were never tested before being sold.

Added it to my pc, and never had any problems. Just stuck it in and checked to see if it was running properly. Had to change the Hz or whatever it it, but after that easy fix it was completely fine. Not looking to upgrade for awhile.

Perfect for an older system that would benefit from an ssd, without wasting money on gen 4 speeds that you can’t use. Made my computer from 2017 that was using an old sata ssd much faster!

Got the advertised read and write speeds and the driver health shows 100%. HOWEVER it did crash when I was cloning my HDD into it and went into desk repair. Not sure if its a hardware or a software issue thought. Haven't seen any crashes in the week since so maybe its safe? that's the risk you're taking with refurbished.

Easy to install. Easy to format. Works fast too. I wish it came with screws to install to the motherboard. It is pricey but that's what you get when you want one of the best.
