When I first purchased this item, I was surprised to recieve the 1TB version instead of the 2TB. Thankfully it was still on sale and I was able to repurchase after returning the original. The second purchase was perfect! Recognized instantly by the Samsung Magician software as a genuine product. Full read/write speeds of a PCIe Gen 4 drive with the correct amount of storage space this time. Only about 1.2TB of TBW so it was basically new and still has a long life ahead of it (Samsung rates the 2TB version for 5 yrs/11,200TB life). Highly recommended!

Item was like new and immediately recognized after installing. As a secondary drive, you have to use Disk Management to initialize and partition before use, so if you're not sure how to do that, it's not hard, just search for it and follow instructions that you find; it's only a couple steps. The drive is fast and makes video editing directly from it easy, and games load quickly.

While it does look like the drive was used for over 300 hours when it came in according to CrystalDiskInfo, the drive health is still 100% and total bytes written was under 1 TB. Drive works perfectly. Installed this in a Lenovo Legion 7i Pro 16" Gen8 laptop. Gets the full performance of the drive. Packaging was in very poor condition. Drive itself looks pretty new.

Great product, blazing fast. But do your homework. You need to install Samsung Magician it's a Samsung program for m.2 drives to check the health and upgrade the firmware on their drives. If you dont upgrade the firmware on your drives and you start noticing problems with storage it might be too late. These aren't like HDD and SSD do regular maintenance and you'll be fine with this investment

Perfect condition, no damage. Runs as fast as expected, Crystal Disks show it as no issues. As far as I can tell it might as well been new or was new. Fast as heck for gaming or and the ps5. I had a 1TB that I moved to the ps5.

I scored mine for leas than $100 and will defineltly say it has performed better than expected. I used mine for my Ps5 and it works so well! Most defiently needed the extra space! Zero issues so far! Worth every penny!

Read in my NAS as 2TB (1.83tb). Should be all that I need for it. Box was in used condition but chip looked new. Hopefully no problems arise, but forst impressions- $150 is a pretty good price for it considering the new price. Id say, try to go for this over the 1tb as the price is just slight if you can get an opened model.

I have purchased several of these drives and used them in PS 5 s, PCs, and even portable storage drives. They have all worked very well in my experience and i have had no issues. Speeds on the ps with heatsink are in the mid to high 5000s

Easy migration, fastest drive I've ever owned! I'm a very proud owner of this renewed item. Magician software reported less than 10 hours use upon arrival. I'm a firm believer in renewed items, and they have yet to let me down. Especially from best buy, or Samsung.

Performs like normal. Samsung Magician showed it only had 2tb written and 36 hours total prior to me recieiving it. Not too bad. Starfield loading times are awesome with it.

This is exactly what I needed to speed up my gaming load times. The fact that its refurbished and runs like new is a plus.

Fantastic for my Acer predator Helios 16, stays cool. I got the refurbished version best buy sold meaning it probably was just returned. No problems, the dram cache is awesome and it does perfectly in my laptop with no issue.
