My order arrived on time and in perfect shape. The monitor was exactly as described. It works wonderfully. I have no complaints about this product. I would order this again if needed.

When i changed internent service, all three of my Samsung monitors and my Samsung Tv are useless. they DO NOT set up to the new service. Since the difference in service is $200/ month I will not be keeping these monitors. All they do is beg fo connection . Samsung sells you a dream. There is no dream down the road a few months or years when you have to mix tech. Do you like the idea of your microwave texting your ex? samsung has no way to cleanup this tech mess. How do i factory reset my fridge?
