Customers are satisfied with the Geek Squad Certified Refurbished BD-J5100/ZA Blu-ray player's performance, picture quality, and ease of use. Many appreciate its affordability and the fact that even refurbished units are in excellent condition and function well. While some units had minor cosmetic issues with the remote, the biggest drawback reported was the lack of Wi-Fi capability. Overall, the positive feedback on performance and value outweighs the reported shortcomings.

I can't get it to recognize most disks. I'll put in a DVD and it just sits there saying "No Disk". I can eject it and put it back in and it just won't see it. It won't see most DVD's that I put in it. I can then take them to my computer or DVD player in the front room and they will see the disk just fine. I've even used a CD cleaning disk on it with no luck. And it's out of warranty.
