I loved this item initially but within 2 and 1/2 weeks it started glitching on me. I finally ended up returning it to the store and buying a brand new one of the exact model. So overall I love the model just not the particular one I bought that was refurbished. I definitely would recommend buying the extended warranty if you choose to go for a refurbished item. Unfortunately , I did not and almost was not able to return the item within the allowed time span. So kudos to the store employee who helped me out.

This player exceeded my expectations, with all the special apps, it's helpful and necessary for my viewing habits.

I bought a refurbished model for my bedroom -- to compliment a 4K UHD player/upscaler in my living room. Great device!

I gave this item 3 stars because of poor packing. It was loos in a larger box and was basically flopping around inside. Poor Geek Squad packing. Works fine though.

This refurbished bluray player was a nice cheap alternative to a fuller priced bluray player. It does feature wireless connection and standard apps like netflix.

Best choice in Blue ray players, steaming apps available. cant go wrong with this.Netflix, amazon prime.

It was a present for my Grandkids, so it hasn’t been used a lot yet. Will update if I have issues

We have only had this for a short time. It is properly hooked up, it has not been damaged. While watching movies or series the Player will turn off and on and go back to the main screen on us. Although the ad says it will come with a remote and owners manual neither of those items where in the box and when I called best buy not one of the 7 customer service rep could assist me. I will never buy a refurbished item from best buy again.

I needed something simple for our "bonus" room. This refurbished model fit the bill

I bought this one because we read the DVD was multi Region but it is NOT, only works with Region 1 DVDs. Otherwise it works well.

Delivered to me with the dvd door missing and completely scratched up , stay away from geek squad I don't think it was ever refurbished , It amazes me they had the nerve to send it out in his condition , when I returned it to the store the associate was laughing saying he couldn't believe I got it this way . Never Again
