Bought this a geek squad certified player thinking this would work without issues but that was not the case and it will jam and restart the DVD/Blu-rays mid way.

Can't connect to internet or tv. Sometimes won't even thorn on and there is no light to insist it's on when it does.

Bought it as an open box discounted item. It was missing the remote control! I will be returning it

Come home and this was stuck in my door way. I live in housing so that was an issue. Then they changed my delivery date for my washer and dryer. After i threw the old ones out in the rain cuz they said new ones will be here tomorrow and i work till 5pm durring the week. The blueray player is still logged into someones egzisting accounts that are working. Thats a infringment of privacy. Not happy with service all around!

I ordered this and received without a remote I would not recommend.

Used only a few times and won’t load Blu-ray Discs. Best Buy won’t stand behind it and say I have to return it to the manufacturer. Also have a problem with a Samsung sound bar. Need to return that too for repairs since they won’t stand behind that either. I’m done with Best Buy and Samsung since they don’t stand behind their products.

Not just a DVD player it includes lots of channels. Loved this product

This "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished DVD" arrived with no paperwork -- that is no instruction manual, no guarantee, not anything. I telephoned Best Buy and was told to go on-line for the instructions, etc. Sure, it seems to operate OK, but come-on, it should have not have been sold without documentation.

Didn't work for very long, but you get what you pay for.

This Blueray Player worked for ten minutes. Then it started an update. From there it was locked up. Geek Squad attempted to repair it. They determined the hard drive software has a flaw. Best Buy refunded my money.

Needed a new blu ray with a hdmi connection for my 40" TCL ROKU TV. Got that and wifi with this one. So happy with it so far.

It worked great for the first three times it was used. Then after that, it totally quit working. I don't believe I would recommend anything refurbished anymore!

This player is very loud and does not recognize the DVD most of the time. It is claiming the dist is unsupported. Not worth the money.

This is a terrible DVD player that I could barely get to work. I had nothing but troubles with it. Junk!!! DO NOT BUY

I couldn't tell whether unit was on or off since there's no indicator button and the menu style seemed mediocre.

Netflix didn't work. It kept breaking up. Used my old one fine. It would not even play a DVD.

Tried for over a week to get the Wi-Fi setup and I couldn't do it. It didn't work!!!!!

I received item broken. However I was unable to return item due to time frame.

Initially it worked well, but after sometime suddenly it stopped working.
