Item came in a box with just the remote, when setting up it asked for an update right away. It seems to work OK after that, just a little slow to access the apps

it is a good way to save the money to buy a Streaming Wi-Fi Built-In Blu-ray Player instead of a smart TV.

The player works great. The only minor issue I have is that the remote doesn't seem to have buttons to open the drive (unless I'm missing something). Works fine with the Samsung smart tv.

Bought this Samsung Smart Blu-ray player a month or so ago. It was refurbished. What an excellent unit. Haven't had any problems with the player and was a great price. Recommend. Recommend. Recommend.

Still old schooled enough to need an actual disc player easy to use, streaming works, have used netflix, hulu and others was hesitant about buying a refurbished item.... but with streaming being 75% use and 25% playing discs ---- worked for me only drawback is it has no function display on the player, it is only visible on screen.... It still works 10/2/2020

You'd never know it was refurbished. Wifi compatible and works perfectly in our home!

Worked well for a refurbished device. However, it was a little dusty for my taste. Hopefully this is not the norm for refurbished devices.

Had a problem at first and was directed to Samsung. They trouble shooted and fixed it for free(including shipping). I really love the player it's light weight and the price was great.

Bought this Blu Ray player because mine stopped working. Deal of the day and with Geek Squad 2 year protection, can't go wrong for under $50.00. Wi-Fi enabled makes it even better.

Works fenomenal, It is easy to use and connect with the TV.

This BluRay player is great, don't waste your money on other bluray players that cost over $100, this one does everything you need it to do all for under $100. I use this player mostly for the smart apps, it works a lot better than the smart apps on my smart tv, no lag time. The built in wifi is nice but I would suggest using ethernet instead for your content to load right away and not buffer.

I bought a refurbished player. No directions in box or batteries as stated t is hit miss on setting up. Otherwise great player for what I need.

I had no issues with this unit. Only thing was it didn't come with batteries for the remote. Unit is small and it is not noisy at all when running
