Geek squad certified usually turns out just as reliable as new. Good product - was missing the remote, but my local store found me one. Great.

I purchased this to replace a unit where the drawer had failed. It is a good replacement, and it plays mp4 files off of a USB stick fine.

This unit is small and compact yet contains a nearly endless assortment of media playback features: DVD, Blu-ray, mp3, mp4, avi...etc. And it can play all those formats from CD-R or CD+R discs as well as thumb drives. It's also a net connected, Netflix streaming machine. It's truly an All-In-One media device. Remote included.

The refurbished unit seems to work as good as new. The Samsung remotes do not want to connect to my Sharp TVs unfortunately.

Item is refurbished but looked new, no damage and works great, internet set up was a breeze, but notice that I did not do Wi-Fi but a hardwire. Apps work ok and loads fairly fast, go ahead and buy it you will get your moneys worth, great for a kids or secondary room and still has a manufacturers warranty on it.

Was worried buying refurbished, but it has worked great. Bought the service plan with it and hopefully it will not be needed.

For several years now, I've purchased Refurbished products without issue. I will continue to do so. This product works fine!

Why not save some money when I can buy an excellent product that just needed a little attention. What was lacking was the where with all to be able to program the TV. I needed to go back to the store to have the TV set up so I could use it. The Northgate store has excellent customer service.

I like the way it functions, but it has no indicator light to let me know it's on, and I had to buy the cable seperately.

This unit gives much more than it asked for. The low cost begs the question of output, yet it proves worth every penny.

I've nothing but good to say about this product so far. Plugged it in, walked through the setup and was ready to go. It's played every movie I've put into it without a problem...blue ray, rented, and home made. Would have been nice to have a "power on led" light, but it's not a big deal.

Everything was great until I tried to hook it up to my Wi-Fi. Don't work at all so I'll have to switch it out.

It just goes to show that a lower priced DVD is still functional and feature risk as a high-end one.

My Wife wanted a DVD... well it comes with Blu Ray and Wifi with Apps / NetFlix, Amazon, etc. ... .hard to beat at this price. If you see any negative, they have NO CLUE as to what they got. Yes, it does not come with HDMI ... WT*... how much did you pay for the unit ... Get real.

You cannot tell if the machine is on as there is no light on the power button - this drives me crazy. I know I got a good price by purchasing a refurb product (no manual in box) but it was further discounted just days after and BB would not price match since it was not a new product. No HDMI cord included. I like that it is Wi-fi capable. Set up was easy.

I have always been leery of buying a refurbished product, However, in this case I wanted a streaming/blue ray device for a workshop but did not want to pay a lot for it. This turned out to be a great product for the price that I am very pleased with.

So far so good. Haven't had it long but it's working just like a new one. Glad I got it!
