Bought refurbished.

They usually come with minimal paperwork, but you can always download from the net. Also, BestBuy has such great Customer Service that I've never experienced a problem that I couldn't get resolved.

When it comes to this blu ray player, I would not purchase another Samsung player besides a tv. It worked for blu ray the first time attempts, and when trying Netflix it would never find wifi connection and the few times it did, it worked for about an hour then the whole system restarted, it always has updates for the system but they've never fixed the issues I've run into. Now the system just shuts off or restarts in the middle of playing any media whether it's a disc, or through wifi.
