I would randomly hear wind sound from the right side. It would randomly stop and start. It was refurbished item. I returned it and ordered a different headset.

Just buy New. Refurbished can be faulty

These, rarely, can have problems with noise cancellation (has a "wind" noise) or bad sound. I expect they clean and wipe the devices, reinstall the software on them, and then sell the faulty units again? The problem is likely hardware. If so, they're not repairable at all. Not thrilled with a clearly faulty product.
