Incomplete "Certified refurbished"

They should have arrived clean and complete. They were missing the wings, standard/medium earpieces, and instructions. I contacted BB support. They would not send the missing components or replace them with another set for the same price I purchased them; all they would offer was for me to refund them and allow me to purchase another set at the current, higher price. I am returning these and purchasing from a different supplier.

Horrible experience

However I didn’t get a code from lock box. I reached out to support team three times in one day, they weren’t able to solve my issue. More over they don’t know any contact information who carried the item. Don’t buy anything in bestbuy they don’t interested in customers.

No Samsung packaging

I've bought refurbished items before and I didn't get original packaging but i got better packaging than this. Item just wrapped in plastic in a shopping box. Made it look like a knock out TEMU .99 cent free shipping item. I would not and don't recommend ordering refurbished items from here.
