Starting off, these earbuds are amazing. I recommend them and I was lucky enough to get them early. However, they were shipped with the insignia brand ear tips, which unfortunately need to be taken off if you want to charge the earbuds in their case. It also didn't come with the wing bands that the buds usually come with. This is quite annoying because you need to take the tips off every time you need to charge your earbuds. Thats my only negative on this, though. Everything else was great!

I purchased these refurbished. They fit in the canal comfortably enough so that I forget I have them on. The noise cancelling is the best thing about them. They have amazing sound, it's just that blocking out all ambient noise makes them sound even better. I connect them to my television and I feel like I am in a theater. I lost the case in TJ Maxx. That forced me to buy another pair. The left earbud of the first pair has stopped working. Maybe that was the original problem. I do have a warranty, but I don't havethe case, so I can't get them repaired. The battery lasts me through three movies, and still juice left. I have several pairs of earbuds. These are my go-to, just because they sound amazing and I can ignore everyone I don't wanna talk to. Even with the music off, noise cancellation works like a charm. They can also be located on Find My Device. As soon as I open the case, my phone connects to them.

Fits perfect to be honest has amazing base sound battery life is great and i love the noise cancelation on it sometimes it does takes a few seconds to to 20 to connect to phone but it does not affect me

I love these buds. They are the most comfortable ones I have (I have quite a few, too many probably, including other Samsung buds, Sony buds, Anker Soundcore buds, JLab buds just to name some off the top of my head). My Sony WF-1000XM4 earbuds I think have better sound quality, but these are better than the Sony ones for just about everything else, including ANC and audio passthrough/ambient sound. That being said these were like 1/3 the price MSRP and they are way better than 1/3rd the audio quality. You cant beat these for the price. I wish Samsung would release a premium audio version of these as I returned the Pro 2 buds shortly after buying them as the Sony XM4 sound better and these are much more comfortable for my ears. For now though I ended up rebuying these after I lost the first pair, so that should tell you something.

Great sound cancellation. Sound is well balanced and easy to hear. Fits well in the ear and in the charging case. Really impressed and better than my iPods. Comparable to my Jabra.

The ANC is actually very good. I can use them on walks and the sounds of traffic doesn't hinder my music enjoyment at all. The pass through mode is so-so, but occasionally useful. They sound very good. The in ear detection is extremely useful. I find the fit to be superb as well, but the wing-tips might not be for everyone. Sometimes I find it a little tricky to adjust the earbuds without pausing the music, but not a big deal.

Refurbished Earbuds Review I recently purchased a pair of refurbished earbuds, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the overall performance. The sound is good and my friends can hear clearly when they call. Its better than beats with noise cancelling and no sweat on the ears for the summer. The only downside the charge doesnt last as long.

Its alright, there is nothing wrong with this. But you are not getting the right colored matched ear tips, no different size wingtips, and the box was destroyed. Whatever, for 45 bucks for pretty good sounding earbuds with noise cancellation and ambient mode, you cant beat this deal.

1st time i ever bought refurbished - absolutely good decision- great sound quality and features- no wireless charging but who cares? everything else is great- the wingtips create a very secure fit in my ears-they work perfectly with my galaxy s24- very satisfied

These earbuds work great they fit comfortably they sound great battery life is really good

It fits very well. The sound quality is good but does not match the more expensive options out there. I believe it's worth it for the money. I did buy an open-box item and it was about 50% cheaper, but it did not come with the the original ear tips, and the charging cord was wrong type, but that is on Best Buy. I recommend it.

I have loved using the Galaxy Buds FE. Great sound quality, amazing battery life and so confortable to use. A definite 10/10 set that I have and will continue to recommend.

The earbuds are fine, sound good and connect easily. However, it is not clear what Geek Squad's "certification" means, because my pair came without the L size wingtips and only two pair of ear tips instead of three. If they would do a thorough job, this should not happen. Especially the wing tips should not be missing, so I'm disappointed. Otherwise, the rest of the product looks like new.

Affordable, quality performance, fitting comfortably. As a erfurbished unit, it came with a missing pair of tips. I called the customer service but unfortunately they couldn't do anything about it. I just decided to keep it and it works just fine. Since the current tips ( one of of two pairs) fit great, it doesn't matter much.

The earbuds are simple, but of good quality. They fit great. I got them as open box, and they looked pretty much brand new. Best Buy shipped them fast.

Great sound. Connect quickly. They lock into your ears nicely, no fear of them falling out. Great battery life.

I got these to replace a set of Anker earbuds that kept coming out when running. These sound better and stay in my ears!

Bought this to replace my old bud pro, right side stop charging. Far exceeds my old one. Two reason why i fidnt give a 5 star. No wireless charging for case and it only came with 2 rubber earpeices.

The sound is incredible and they are comfortable. I bought it for my niece and she swears by them.
