good product, good quality, at a good price, it holds well in the ear, it does not fall, it remains firm, good for exercising, the only bad thing is that it does not read the messages, otherwise everything is very good, the sound is very Well

I bought these refurbished, battery lasts about six hours which is perfect, I work 12 hour shifts, I charge them during my lunch break and they last right up until I'm leaving. Noise cancellation works great, they stay in no problem. The left ear doesn't fit very well but that's the same issue I have with every pair of earbuds I've had. Overall very good especially for the price

I understand that I bought them in the open box but the rubber bands that go around the earphone were missing and they were stained. Geek Squad is supposed to check them before putting them on sale but the price was right, just these details.

Sound is great. They slip out a little sometimes at least with me.

Its a great pair of earbuds for the price especially if you find it on sale or an open box option. I would not recommend if you use iphone only beacuse you worn get all the perks.

I wasnt expecting much but the audio quality is better than i expected. The packaging better as well. I know that this is the lowest model but it has high model standards. I would definitely get another pair for the missus. Hands down, 9/10. The only issue was it didnt come with 3 ear tips but did have the other 2 sizes plus it was charged at 100% on both buds. Used straight out the box. Set up was super simple. My dog could have done it.

They are nice i wish it was a little more bass. It could also be a little louder.

This was a really great product noise cancelation is excelente same with Ambient Sound 10/10 would recommend to buy if in budget or looking for something inexpensive.

The sound quality is absolutely amazing. I mainly bought the to use the Galaxy features like the active translation. But all in all I'm pleased with my purchase.

BUYER BEWARE Absolutely DISGUSTING! I'll let the photos do the talking. I dropped my phone so it was nearly imposable for me to get these pics, so I didn't even get a chance to show you what the ear buds look like! That pile in the case is what the ear buds couldn't hold anymore!! They are so nasty that I barely even noticed they were missing the tips. Customer service seemed to be helpful. She said she shared my feelings on the situation and told me to take them to the store to exchange them. I have doubts this will actually lead to an exchange but I will keep an open mind until then. If I don't update this review this month, you can assume they failed to do the right thing and lost me as a customer.

What does Certified Refurbished mean? You would think they would at least replace the ear piece and wings that are supposed to come with them. I can't review how they work with out them. I am saying I would not recommend a Geek squad Certified Refurbished Ear buds, because these are the second Geek squad refurbished buds I have tried to purchase and the same story. News ones probably work pretty good.

A pair of the rubber eartips was missing in the package but other than that they work well.

Refurbished: No extra tips or "wings", mine had dried EARWAX! Disgusting! Galaxy Buds FE: Not waterproof or resistance. IPX2? So ok for sweat but don't drop them in the sink. I assumed the controls would be more customizable. So can change either it have tap (x2/x3) or not. Can't change what the taps do. Volume control ? Touch and hold or ANC (default). My Soundcore Ankers A40 allowed full customization as well as individual left/right ear customizing. ANC was said to be great, maybe it's just this pair but it was not good. The mic picked up too much noise. My old Soundpeats T2 was more quiet.

Seems as if they were not certified correctly. Everyone I speak to, says I sound muffled.

These are a refurbished pair of earbuds. The price was right and wanted a pair that had the noise cancelling feature since will be using them on an upcoming trip on an airplane. For the price, these do not disappoint. The companion app provides an EQ function and the ability to test fit to make sure they are sealing properly in your ear. The app works very well with my Samsung phone. Not so much with my iPad. But not a big issue as they still work very well. Sound quality is very good, charging case and the ear buds charge very fast. Have not tested how long they will keep a charge when used continuously. I typically use them for about 3-4 hours with about 45% used. Case usually needs recharged about 3 - 4 times per week. Comes with extra ear buds in varying sizes. The only issue is I have to jiggle to right ear bud when placing it into the charging case to make sure the charging light turns on. I have tried to clean the magnetic pins the connect to the buds but I do not believe this is the issue. The left earbud seems to lock itself onto the charging pins whereas the right needs help. If you look at the first photo the charging light does not come on unless I jiggle the right earbud once in the case, then it comes on. When placing the left earbud in the case the charging light comes on immediately. Overall happy with these for the price. Only gave 3 stars for connectivity due to the charging issue. Connectivity to my phone is excellent as well as my iPad.

Starting off, these earbuds are amazing. I recommend them and I was lucky enough to get them early. However, they were shipped with the insignia brand ear tips, which unfortunately need to be taken off if you want to charge the earbuds in their case. It also didn't come with the wing bands that the buds usually come with. This is quite annoying because you need to take the tips off every time you need to charge your earbuds. Thats my only negative on this, though. Everything else was great!
