Just buy New. Refurbished can be faulty

These, rarely, can have problems with noise cancellation (has a "wind" noise) or bad sound. I expect they clean and wipe the devices, reinstall the software on them, and then sell the faulty units again? The problem is likely hardware. If so, they're not repairable at all. Not thrilled with a clearly faulty product.

When calling out it would muffeled your voice and the ppl on the other line did understand you. Batery life was lacking a lot..it was refurbished but still it should of been check a little better..

Good Product, Lacking Customer Service

These are a great deal but like the other comment, mine came with a missing set of Ear Tips. Not a huge deal but Online CS couldn't do anything and told me to go to In-Store CS. After taking a trip there, they told me all they could do was refund it and have me re-buy. Lots of needless running around and time for No Customer Service. Wish you would have done better Best Buy Customer Service.

Buds are uncomfortable after about 20 minutes and constantly need to be adjusted.

I never got ear tips in the package from best buy. Customer service said to go to a store. I called the store they said they don't have them. When I called Customer service back they hung up on me while i was on hold with them. Please help me out!
