Great product. It’s comparable with iphone. Although you have to answer the call from your phone. The esrbud button doesn’t work to answer calls.

Go with something else. Anything, just not these. Very quiet to the point where I had to download a volume booster.

I bought these earbuds for myself in white and I loved them so my husband got a refurbished black ones. They came with a random assortment of earbud sizes and only one of them was the actual type meant for the earbuds. One set does not fit on them. They dont fit in the charging case with the offbrand eartips on them. The white ones I got only came with one size ear tips, but luckily they fit my ears and were the samsung brand, so they fit in the charging case. Im reordered brand new ones for him and returning the refurbished black ones.

Arrived missing ear cushions not even reset much let refurbished. Appeared as Cece's buds when I tried to pair them. Once paired left bud has constant white noise static. Very disappointed.

Ok sound quality nothing special and lack of wireless charging is a negative overall ok purchase due to price and ease of use

I got these refurbished headphones and so far its been great. I had other buds and those started to have issues after 3 years of alot of use.

I purchased the certified refurbished version. They should have arrived clean and complete. They were missing the wings, standard/medium earpieces, and instructions. I contacted BB support. They would not send the missing components or replace them with another set for the same price I purchased them; all they would offer was for me to refund them and allow me to purchase another set at the current, higher price. I am returning these and purchasing from a different supplier.

Didn’t get to try they shipped them to me with out ear tips and no package. Better luck buying from eBay at least you’ll get full box with wings and ear tips.

Work excellent! I order different refurbished products from bestbuy and they work great.

Lwdt ear bud only works in normal.mode for me. Any other setting is static.
