*purchased used* Some features do no work correctly and came without the middle size tips. Earbuds do not work for phone calls as they should and periodically disconnect and reconnect.

In order to activate noise cancelling you need both ear piece and the quality is poo noise cancelling. It does not work.

Worked for 2 days then the speakers started to sound blown in both i understand they were "Refurbished" butbi was expecting better

The earbuds themselves work fine, but it’s clear that nobody actually looked at, let alone refurbished, anything, with ear wax on one of the tips and the case having some hair on it. Lots of accessories were also missing, such as the wing tips and 2 of the tip sizes only having one tip. Best Buy aside, how does that even happen? How do you lose only one of each tip and then have the gall to return it while also not having the decency to wipe off your ear wax?

Can't give a true rating because they were sent with the wrong ear pieces and the store would not replace them but instead said we had to wait another week for a new refurbished pair. So we canceled

The buds had no eartips included inside. Also the call quality was worst. The mic quality was unsatisfactory

These did not work well at all. The pause, stop, play functions did not work properly and people could not hear me when on a phone call

These were refurbished so I knew they were not new. However, when I opened the box. There were none of the silicon earpieces which are needed for the earbuds to stay in your ears. They were useless to me. I returned them to the store right away and they were very helpful getting me a new pair of different headphones.

There okay for disposalable ear buds. Sound is okay to listen to music but its not great

I received earbuds. Opened box 2 days later and 1 headphone didnt work @all. Took them back to best buy and bought a printer

The sound quality was really bad. They had a lot of static almost as if they had water damage from the previous owner.

When you make calls with headphones on, the other party hears a lot of interference.

Never got my product and very unsatisfied by the results that best buy did. All they did was refund me instead of issuing me a new pair of headphones for my inconvenience.

Only had u ear tips both different sizes smh cant even wear them

I really did not expect near perfect condition when I purchased these. I did expect much more than what I got! these came with no ear inserts at all and the wings were also not included. I was able to listen to them by using some ear inserts I have from other earbuds and they did sound pretty good! I was able to pair them easily with my samsung devices but I could not pair them with my current android 14 phone. I could not get them to go into pairing mode by simultaneously touching both buds to get the alternating red and green led flashing. I was able to return them for a refund. I would caution you to expect a less than satisfactory purchase experience unless you are only buying them to replace one you already have that has stopped working.

These were good earbuds for the week that they functioned. After 10 days, one bud would no longer charge. I assume I should have paid full retail for this product instead. I have enjoyed other Samsung earbuds and liked these better than a lower-end JBL set I have tried. So, overall I recommend this product.

I like these GalaxyBuds FE they fit comfortably and don't fall out during workouts. These headphones sound good and connect easily to my Galaxy S23. The downfall is the physical play/pause button it's very stiff and not responsive. I prefer being able to gently tap or double tap my earbuds to play/pause skip like you can on most other GalaxyBuds.

Definitely the best ear buds i have ever had, the noise canceling is nice but the ambient mode is my favorite part, calls go really good too, apparently im a little quiet on them but not bad at all. And they fit comfortably without falling out.
