These earbuds are great, had the right functions for me, nothing extraordinary but pretty good material and sound quality. Good battery life and connectivity

Very good product from refurbishment. Its audio performance was good, but could of been better if the little bud wings, found in new items, were present to further block noise. Excellent buy for ⅓ of the cost of buds.

Note: I have not tested the earbuds. I'll be returning these because they are missing items. Yall say Geek Sqaud Certified means they were tested and they come with all the original extras. So Best Buy, explain to me why when I open the case my earbuds are naked. No eartips on it, no wingtips (the main reason for buying them) on it, not even a manual to see if that's on purpose (all listed as included on the bottom of "features" page). And yall ****test**** them so you would think the first thing you notice when you ****test**** them is that half of the listed items are missing. Funny enough the extras (small and large eartip pairs, and anti-wingtip bands) are included. I assume this is just a mistake but feels way too obvious an oversight to not give a review on. It sucks becuase I feel like some random seller on ebay would do make a better effort you guys showed. TLDR: Missing wingtips, ear tips, and manual.

I have purchased Samsung and google refurbished earbuds, and they all came missing eartips, especially with the size needed, so its a problem existing from long ago.

Earbuds were delivered without the tips. I contacted Best Buy online chat and their solution was for me to go to the store and hope they have them available. Said they "did not have the ability to contact the store". Their only other solution was for me to return the product, which requires me to package since it was sent in a plastic bag, and wait 7-10 days for a refund. I can only give one star so that is for delivery and speed. But without the tips they are useless and will not work properly.

Stop working after 1 month i bought them the right Earbud would not change and the left Earbud didn't have any Knowledge coming out of it.

It gets hot fast,and it also hurts the ear. Please improve.
