Worthless. "refurbished" means not all the parts

I contacted Best Buy online chat and their solution was for me to go to the store and hope they have them available. Said they "did not have the ability to contact the store". Their only other solution was for me to return the product, which requires me to package since it was sent in a plastic bag, and wait 7-10 days for a refund. I can only give one star so that is for delivery and speed. But without the tips they are useless and will not work properly.
