The box was dirty, the eartips weren't original, and the charging cable didn't match the color of the earbuds, so it wasn't original either. Also missing wingtips. The case was dirty inside too. The worst part is the right earbud: it has constant white noise, no matter if ANC or ambient sound is on or off. It also heats up and loses 40% charge in just 10 minutes. I'm very disappointed with this purchase. Best Buy, you need to improve your quality control. 1 star.

Overall great. I bought these for my mother who is not tech savvy and she loves them. The sound is great, and connecting to different devices is easy. Love these

Such an excellent pair of headphones the noise canceling is great and the bettery life is looong.

I had the original Galaxy Buds and these are an improvement. Better noise canceling and ambient sound detection. My only complaint is pausing music when removed from my ears. Everything else has been great.

I use these all the time and love them. They do a great job cancelling out sound when I mow or fly and are great to to use at work. They pair easily with all my devices.

Super comfortable and affordable earbuds from samsung

I normally prefer over the ear earphones. All the ones in the past had poor mic performance for phone calls. I picked my buds fe up a day ago and the mic quality is so much better than i expected. I am a buds believer from here on out. I like to save money generally, however, i will always invest in better quality headphones going forward. Fit is secure inside my ears. Touch sensitive of the buds is great also.

They fit great. The sound is clear and incredible. The noise cancelation is on point. It was definitely worth buying.

The product is in good working condition, but was missing one of the 4 ear grips, and that too, the grips were black in color and do not match with the buds. To me that did not appear good, and had to return.

Great purchase item for the price. Its only been a little over a month since I've purchased the ear buds but the sound quality is amazing.

Notice , used it with iPhones The mic on those are not that good , or at least my experience was, cause I bought it for two family members, & both didn’t like them. The sound is good but not conversation oriented. I don’t know how well they work with Samsung phones.
