    I bought a pair of these new for my wife and she loved them. I saw these on sale as refurbished and bouth them. I had a pair of beats and these have out performed them at every turn. I can't tell any difference between these and the ones I bought new. Great job Geek Squad

    Random disconnects, short battery life, and it came with NO ACCESSORIES! I had to convince the manager to open a new box so I could get the tips, wings, and charging cable since they were not included in the box as promised.
