The fitting of these earphones is teribke, they easily keep falling of even when we sit still. This is the case for all the eartip sizes. The audio quality is not that great and is the same as those you find in cheaper sib $100 earphones. I use a samsung phone and still the audio quality is not great. I do not recommend this product

Fantastic could tell they were refurbished by the box.

Was so sad when i opened the box. The buds were missing ear tips. I chatted with them online and asked if they could mail it to me. They said for me to go in the store to get it. I told the worker that i had the earphones delivered to my home precisely because I could not go to the store to pick it up. She said she didn't have an option to send it to me thru mail... okay???? If the item was "checked" and ready to be sold, then why is it missing the ear tip? Ridiculous. Do better, Best Buy.... thankfully, i wasn't missing a whole earpiece............... are you sure it was checked by the geek squad???

I don't know if it was a great product, very defective and as I bought refurbished my earphones were dirty, not cleaned and didnt even include ear pieces(rubber inserts) that belonged to the actual earbuds. When worn the rubber would stay in my ear canal! Earbuds kept disconnecting and one earbud sounded at a higher pitch that the other. From now Ill steet away from reburbished. Returned item right away.

The item arrived in a small zip lock bag. There was no charger cord or any instructions. When I returned the item the associate who assisted me with the return was overly thorough in inspecting the item like I was doing something suspicious which left a bad taste about purchasing refurbished items.

The first product, they delivered on the porch even though there is a delivery box, which was lost. They sent the second item, which is damaged, full of disgusting ear wax and mold. This is a supposed to be a certified refurbished product not a gunky used one. Major oversight from Best Buy.

I purchased these at the store and had to have them shipped to me address as they didn’t have any in stock at the store. When I received them they had been opened and possibly used. These are a Christmas gift and I’m embarrassed to give them as a gift. Very disappointed Best Buy!

Mine came without the ear bud pieces. Disappointed.

I first purchased the black ones early this year. They were 5/5 stars. Great sound, bass and looks good. Unfortunately I left them in the plane when I went to Japan so ended up buying another one and this time, I was disappointed. This one didn't sound as good as the ones I first had. I thought it was probably the default setting however when I changed the setting it started to cut the music randomly and sound static. Second one came defected including a very damaged case box. The first one I had were like new 5/5 stars. the second one I ordered was 1/5 this is why I am giving it 5 stars since the first one was perfect. I ended up getting a new earphones- AirPods Pro 2. Comparing both, the sound on both are very good. The Galaxy Buds2 Pro has more bass and feels more comfortable in the ears. I am also an apple user with an Iphone and was using these. I highly recommend these also for Iphone users. They are fantastic if you get a working one.

So I have one main issue with this purchase, but several good items. 4 stars because the refurbish agent took my medium tips Issue: 1. They came without a medium tip, actually when they arrived I thought they were new but the buds had no tip on them and then just small and large in the box. So I had to purchase some one Amazon because BB was like, we don't carry such things...WELL YOU SHOULD. Positives: 1. Sound is very good. 2. ANC is lights out for me, cannot hear a thing 3. App it very helpful 4. Fit, even with the wrong size earbuds, I put them in and they stay. 3 mile dog walk/run and not a movement, can't wait to get the right size tips. 5. Came very nicely packed and as expected.

First refurbished pair I received was defective. The in ear sensor on the right bud would never detect being in my ear, which prevents things like active noise cancellation from working. I was able to easily return and exchange for another refurbished pair which do work. As for the buds themselves they're fine. They're comfortable for a while and they sound good. The noise cancellation is pretty cool. In my opinion these are only worth it at the refurbished price. When I purchased them they were $99.99 vs $229.99 new. Depends on how much you use them, and if you NEED buds vs actual headphones. They are good if you can snag a good pair at the refurbished price. At full price I'd steer clear. You can get very good headphones for only a little more than the $229.99 these go for new. For $100 I'm happy with what I got, and if you're worried about buying refurbished know that as soon as I said the first pair had an issue they were willing to exchange or refund them.

I was a little hesitant to go with a refurbished pair, but I’m really glad I took the chance on these Galaxy Buds2 Pro. They arrived in excellent condition and looked practically brand new. The Bora Purple color is unique and stylish—definitely stands out in a good way. Sound quality is where these really shine. The audio is rich and balanced, and the noise canceling works surprisingly well for earbuds. They fit comfortably in the ear and stay secure, even during workouts. Battery life has been solid, and I haven’t noticed any connectivity issues so far. The only minor downside is that the touch controls can be a bit sensitive, but that’s something I adjusted to pretty quickly. For a refurbished product, this is a fantastic deal—premium performance without the premium price tag.
