Good for the price , sound and quality as expected

I purchase the certified refurbished samsung galaxy bud 3 pro wireless earbud headphones. They were great until the right earbud stop charging. Now these earbuds, will be useless to me. How disappointing.

I purchase these geek squad refurbished Samsung earbud pros as recommended by store employee. I have had them in my possession for less than 30 days. The case and earbuds have stopped charging. I tried bringing them back to the store and they tell me that there's nothing they can do. They can't repair them or return them. This is ridiculous. Dont buy anything from bestbuy.

Overpriced due other options on the market. Flawed design. Not good for exercising

I received earbuds that had no silicone ear tips on them and a lot of ear wax. The attached pictures are as I received them. Best buy literally just took the medium size ear tips off, threw them away and put them back in the box. That's the "refurbishment" they did. Leaving me with a dirty set of earbuds and only two sets of ear tips instead of the three that it's supposed to come with.

Was sent the wrong ear pads and they don't sell them in the store or online so i had to spend extra money to order from another site. Store would not correct the mistake.

They're grein all aspects except for the battery life. I can wear them all day and forget that I have one in my ear until the battery goes low. Volume wise They're excellent and when both are in ear the noise cancelation is spectacular

Great Earbuds! The sound stage is excellent and the noise cancelling is pretty good too. Paired with the Samsung Wearable App, you can change noise cancelling levels and different modes. The connectivity is excellent! The only only down side would be battery. They dont last as long as my old Sony pair but they win in every other catagory.

i bought these as a replacement for my aging galaxy buds pro and they do not disappoint. the noise cancellation has been improved massively and the battery life also is noticeably longer than before. Theound quality is just as good and it sits MUCH better in your ear in comparison to the first generation. if youre looking to safe some money, definitely look into getting the GS certified ones. the only reason I'm rating it 4 stars is because they were missing one set of the ear tips that are supposed to be included, but it looks like everything else was included

My profession involves talking on the phone to clients all day long. I have had great sound, microphone clarity, connectivity, and battery life with these Samsung earbub pro 3s. They are also comfortable to wear all day long. I am definitely happy with my purchase.

Lots of similarity with the Airpods pro 2. This one at least has all the volume enabled right away. All of these come with the eartips that enable you to easily loose, drop and ruin them so my advise to quickly replace the silicone tips to multi flange style. Surprisingly also unremarkable flat sound out of the box (exactly like airpods, only with better highs) but when you turn on all the knobs in the software and your tips are the right style and size the sound becomes absolutely magical, clarity, separation and epic bass pressure. Paired with a spatial audio song it is a great life/audio experience everyone should at least try once. Eats the battery in abt. 2-3 hrs with the awesome sound enabled. Might need to pair with a samsung phone for best quality but amazing anyways.

I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro for a while now, and I have to say, they’re impressive, especially in noisy environments. I work outside a lot, surrounded by traffic, wind, and general city noise, and these earbuds handle it like a champ. The Active Noise Cancellation is top-tier—it drowns out most of the background noise, letting me focus on my music or calls without distractions. Even with loud trucks passing by, the sound stays clear and balanced. The bass is strong but not overwhelming, and the highs are crisp, making everything from podcasts to heavy bass tracks sound great. The fit is really comfortable, too. I move around a lot, and they stay secure in my ears without needing constant adjustments. Battery life is solid, lasting through long workdays without an issue. If you work outdoors or in noisy areas, these are a game-changer. Great sound and a comfortable fit—Samsung nailed it with these!

Sound quality and features are really cool and definitely a step up from the buds 2. The battery life in the individual buds however is worse than the buds 2. The charging case does recharge them quickly but the overall individual battery life takes a step back.

Sonic quality and anc is great. Not quite as good as my Bose QC ii while mowing. Battery life is only 4-5 hours. Charger is relatively quick (20 minutes) to get partial charge back in to finish an 8 hour need. Controls are simple and modifiable in the app.

They work good, my concern is they fall out of my ears at times, and l wish the volume would be louder, they are comfortable and light, they stay charged for about 5 hrs or so, all in all , lm satisfied...

I upgraded from Galaxy Buds 2. The 3 Pros offer a noticeable improvement in sound quality and noise cancelation. They do let some higher frequencies through though. On airplanes they remove almost all engine and cabin noise. I also use them when mowing and again, they let through some of the higher frequency mowing noises. Music sounds excellent on them and i can tell they are clearer than the Buds2. I am hearing more details in songs than I've noticed before. Now, the downright awful, battery life. They charge quickly, maybe 15 minutes to go from 15% to 60% which you'll need because they are good for maybe 4-5 hours. I couldn't even make 2 flights with a short layover without needing to charge them. This is what makes them unacceptable in my opinion. I still carry my Buds2 because the battery life is so horrible. The case isn't better. I use 1 bud at work and so i have to swap left to right every 3-4 hours. The case will drain 50% in a 10 hour day just charging 1 bud at a time. I will not buy another Galaxy ear bud again. My old Jabra 65t buds sounded almost as good and had 3-4 times the battery life.

These came in basically new, only missing the medium tips. Very clean, and i inspected throughly. Likely will be hit and miss. The headphones themselves are very good quality and sound great. Very comfortable and balanced sound.

They worked as should. For being a refurbished item it worked just as good as buying new. Have been buying from Best Buy for years and recently over the las lt 3 year with no issues. Samsung really out did themselves with this item. Fits nice in ear and doesnt have to be constantly readjust like last series. Audio is noce perfect amount of bass, mid, and clarity.
