Great sound, great fitting, cool look, real quick with connecti g to devices

A fine set of earbuds. Good quality sound and rich feature set. Responds well to the voice commands. Will say that a set of memory foam ear tips greatly improved the noise cancelling ability as well as the comfort of the fit. I am using the Comply brand of ear tips. Bought this model to get the water protection, but I am really enjoying the quality of the sound.

I have been search for a good pair of headphones for a while now and tried several other brands. What samsung has made with this pair is better than good they are great. Nice and snug in the ear, i love the adaptable sound mode, the seamless connectivity (once they are out of the case, they connect). Honestly i dont know if i can go with any other brand now.

These are amazing ear buds. Sound reduction is outstanding. The shape is way better than previous versions. Much more comfortable. Great sound. All the Best Buy refurbished items i have purchased look like new. Would definitely buy again

Never thought id enjoy a pair of earbuds, but these look, feel, and sound great. They are comfortable and have amazing sound. Lots of cool featurs like noise canceling and AI Translator. These are a great item to own if its something you use.

The sound quality is great and once I got the correct size attached the fit was great, however getting the rubber ear pieces off is really difficult. I ripped the one pair completely apart trying to get the other ones on.

So far so good. These were delivered promptly and work great! They fit my ear well but because the volume control is on the back instead of the front (like my former airpod pro 2) I do have more accidental touches. Otherwise the sound is great and buying open box was worth it.

Best ear buds ive ever used. The noise cancelation is incredible for an earbud and sound quality is really good. I have 0 complaints besides the cost... Battery life could be better considering the price point. Definitely would recommend if you can get them at a discount.

Refurbished set. The earphones were missing the rubber cushions that were installed on the ear pieces themselves. The medium sized cushions. The small and large sets were in the sealed plastic bag unused. If it wasn't for the missing ear cushions it would have 5 stars. The sound is awesome, the noise cancelling is great. The translator is great. Great price for a refurbished set. Like new. I couldn't tell if they were even used at all.

Good design, i did upgrad do different pads as the ones they come with are very rigid and dont mod to your ear very well, connectivity and sound are great

These are great and I really appreciate the futuristic design, connectivity, sound quality and features. Having experience with a few other Samsung earbuds, these are great but fall short in the battery life department. Disabling the background noise cancelling feature seems to help but it works so well that I feel it takes too much away from the functionality. The ability to activate the pass-thru feature by simply talking is excellent.

Great noise canceling earbuds! They fit well and do not fall out. Can control sound and select tracts on the side of the bud. Great sound and battery length of time has never been an issue. Love these!

Great noice cancellation, clear voice, well designed. The part i find bit difficult is answering call and end the call. If this can chage it to touch it be batter i believe.

I bought one refurb pair, and it had constant static in one ear which would loudly pop on occasion. I tried to figure out if there was a update i was missing, paired it with multiple devices, and turned all options on the app on and off, and the issue remained. I returned it, and bought a second pair. The employee said the refurbs on these are hit and miss. And sure enough, the second pair were perfect and I love them. So, I love the item, and I appreciate BestBuy's easy return policy. So, ultimately I'm pleased, but I think the first pair could and should have been QCed better.

Honestly some reviews had me a bit worried but after receiving the bud 3 pros i was suprised, i havent had the best luck with refurbished product in the past but everything from the physical product to the sounds quality and app UI was clean, high quantity and easy to use. The only issue i had was finding the spare ear tips in the box because they didnt come pre installed they were hidden with the charger cord in the most tiny box and i kept missing it, probably more of a personal problem lol

Bought certified refurbished due to price point, it works and was easy to set up. It did not ship in the original packaging and was received bubble-wrapped in a BestBuy box. All of the accesories were included in the package, including multiple sets of earplugs, charger, and User's Manual. When I connected my new earbuds to my device, it did show up as another person's name, but that is easily fixed in the setting and I was able to connect it to my Samsung account. Feels better than the 2nd gen Samsung earbuds, but for people with small ears it still tends to fall out sometimes.
