Bought certified refurbished due to price point, it works and was easy to set up. It did not ship in the original packaging and was received bubble-wrapped in a BestBuy box. All of the accesories were included in the package, including multiple sets of earplugs, charger, and User's Manual. When I connected my new earbuds to my device, it did show up as another person's name, but that is easily fixed in the setting and I was able to connect it to my Samsung account. Feels better than the 2nd gen Samsung earbuds, but for people with small ears it still tends to fall out sometimes.

Works Pretty well. Good sound quality, pretty good noise canceling. One thing is it is annoying not letting me put hear through when I only use one ear bud which is 99% of the time. Had one set break but sent it for repairs and it works just fine. I got these for myself and my wife we love them.

I love that these connect seamlessly with my S24 Ultra. Noise cancelation is awesome.

They arrived well packaged and clean, all parts and accessories were acounted for and instructions were included. They work like a charm and have features I didnt even know about, such as voice commands. I love these earbuds, I used to have the galaxy buds pro2 but these have blown the competition away, with clear quality and amazing performance.

I should've purchased them a long time ago...sound quality and noise cancelation is great. My only gripe is the battey life...

Product arrived on time and came well protected. Looks pretty much brand new, no wear and tear from what i see. My only thing is that the battery doesnt last as long as other earbuds ive owned, maybe its just because they are used. But overall im happy with them.

I love the ear buds. They're certified refurbished item, but they look great. So far, I haven't had any issue with them. I haven't noticed any scratches or defects. It didn't have all the ear paddings. But that's because they are not going to include the ones that were on there originally, because of safety reason. So far so good!

These Samsung bud 3 are the true amd noise canceling is amazing I literally talks on the phone while cutting the grass and the people on the other end hears only me. Thumbs up

I bought these as a gift for my girlfriend, and she couldn’t be happier with them. The quality is excellent and she never would have guessed they were refurbished if I hadn’t told her. She has been using them while traveling abroad and uses the real-time translate feature, which has helped her out a lot. One thing to note is that the included ear tips didn’t fit her well and the buds kept falling out of her ear. She ended up buying a different set of tips that greatly improved the fit. On the other hand, the original tips fit me just fine, so it just depends on the person. Once she swapped them out, they’ve stayed in and work perfectly. Overall, they’ve exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

Review from a Samsung user who is die hard apple air pod pro. Great quality, sound is very clean and clear, and noise cancellation seems to be on point. Only complaint I have is the touch controls on the stems is very sensitive and I hang up a lot if I touch them wrong.

These are pretty good but not better than the previous version in performance. The buds seems to eat battery power right up. The controls are ok. Need to use ear bud tips to hold them in my ears, whereas the previous version didn't need this. You have to take the tips off to close the charging case lid. Not impressed Samsung.

These fit really well and don't fall out easily. They charge quickly and the sound quality is great.

Ear buds work great - first pair of galaxy buds & im very impressed.

These things are great and fit the price couldn't be beat. I did get aftermarket foam run that complete them. They are comfortable, stay in place well and the battery is pretty decent. I use them a lot for listening to pod casts and music at work and they get the job done better than any of the other ones I've tried (I've tried A LOT.)

Great product. Fits my ears comfortably, doesn't hurt during long listening times (2-4+ hours). The piece that extends downward making adjustments easier, and easier to wear/remove. Touch sensitivity is just right, not too sensitive. (Had this issue with previous models....anything I wear on my head would randomly/accidentally register as button pushes). The noise cancellation is surprisingly good for inner-earbuds. Evening using mowing lawn/using chainsaw, it blocks out most of the noise. Also good sound quality. The bass is well produced, sound rest of sound is high quality. I highly recommend these for the refurbished priced. Great deal. I've bought lots of refurbished items from Best Buy and never had an issue with them....why not save money on great products. This is actually my 3rd pair of these earbuds.
