They worked as should. For being a refurbished item it worked just as good as buying new. Have been buying from Best Buy for years and recently over the las lt 3 year with no issues. Samsung really out did themselves with this item. Fits nice in ear and doesnt have to be constantly readjust like last series. Audio is noce perfect amount of bass, mid, and clarity.

I upgraded from Galaxy Buds 2. The 3 Pros offer a noticeable improvement in sound quality and noise cancelation. They do let some higher frequencies through though. On airplanes they remove almost all engine and cabin noise. I also use them when mowing and again, they let through some of the higher frequency mowing noises. Music sounds excellent on them and i can tell they are clearer than the Buds2. I am hearing more details in songs than I've noticed before. Now, the downright awful, battery life. They charge quickly, maybe 15 minutes to go from 15% to 60% which you'll need because they are good for maybe 4-5 hours. I couldn't even make 2 flights with a short layover without needing to charge them. This is what makes them unacceptable in my opinion. I still carry my Buds2 because the battery life is so horrible. The case isn't better. I use 1 bud at work and so i have to swap left to right every 3-4 hours. The case will drain 50% in a 10 hour day just charging 1 bud at a time. I will not buy another Galaxy ear bud again. My old Jabra 65t buds sounded almost as good and had 3-4 times the battery life.

These came in basically new, only missing the medium tips. Very clean, and i inspected throughly. Likely will be hit and miss. The headphones themselves are very good quality and sound great. Very comfortable and balanced sound.

A fine set of earbuds. Good quality sound and rich feature set. Responds well to the voice commands. Will say that a set of memory foam ear tips greatly improved the noise cancelling ability as well as the comfort of the fit. I am using the Comply brand of ear tips. Bought this model to get the water protection, but I am really enjoying the quality of the sound.

I have been search for a good pair of headphones for a while now and tried several other brands. What samsung has made with this pair is better than good they are great. Nice and snug in the ear, i love the adaptable sound mode, the seamless connectivity (once they are out of the case, they connect). Honestly i dont know if i can go with any other brand now.

The sound quality is great and once I got the correct size attached the fit was great, however getting the rubber ear pieces off is really difficult. I ripped the one pair completely apart trying to get the other ones on.

Never thought id enjoy a pair of earbuds, but these look, feel, and sound great. They are comfortable and have amazing sound. Lots of cool featurs like noise canceling and AI Translator. These are a great item to own if its something you use.

These are amazing ear buds. Sound reduction is outstanding. The shape is way better than previous versions. Much more comfortable. Great sound. All the Best Buy refurbished items i have purchased look like new. Would definitely buy again

Best ear buds ive ever used. The noise cancelation is incredible for an earbud and sound quality is really good. I have 0 complaints besides the cost... Battery life could be better considering the price point. Definitely would recommend if you can get them at a discount.

So far so good. These were delivered promptly and work great! They fit my ear well but because the volume control is on the back instead of the front (like my former airpod pro 2) I do have more accidental touches. Otherwise the sound is great and buying open box was worth it.

Refurbished set. The earphones were missing the rubber cushions that were installed on the ear pieces themselves. The medium sized cushions. The small and large sets were in the sealed plastic bag unused. If it wasn't for the missing ear cushions it would have 5 stars. The sound is awesome, the noise cancelling is great. The translator is great. Great price for a refurbished set. Like new. I couldn't tell if they were even used at all.

Good design, i did upgrad do different pads as the ones they come with are very rigid and dont mod to your ear very well, connectivity and sound are great

Great noise canceling earbuds! They fit well and do not fall out. Can control sound and select tracts on the side of the bud. Great sound and battery length of time has never been an issue. Love these!

Great noice cancellation, clear voice, well designed. The part i find bit difficult is answering call and end the call. If this can chage it to touch it be batter i believe.

These are great and I really appreciate the futuristic design, connectivity, sound quality and features. Having experience with a few other Samsung earbuds, these are great but fall short in the battery life department. Disabling the background noise cancelling feature seems to help but it works so well that I feel it takes too much away from the functionality. The ability to activate the pass-thru feature by simply talking is excellent.

Sound is great! Comfort is great! So much better than my Galaxy buds pro 2
