Ive never worn ear plugs. These things are soft to beginni witn. The sound is excellent along with noise canceling.

These were geek squad certified excellent when I bought them so like advertised I expected them to have extra ear bud tips in them. I opened them and they didn’t have not a pair. Again it’s advertised as “excellent” meaning you get everything in the box Sioux missing items unless specified. I was bummed to find out if I wanted to purchase the tips it’ll be another 29.99. Maybe Best Buy should make sure we know what’s in the box before buying.

Had some issues with not recieving ear buds my size. Overall satisfied with sound quality and easy use with my samsung products

The whole experience was great! The pods are the best I have ever had with way more functions. Noise reduction is toptier. Best buy came through for me at a reasonable price. I have already recommended these several times over.

Excellent noise-canceling Earbuds. It blocks all the noise from the street if you're on a call. The sound is excellent too. However, they are not the most comfortable earbuds for long hours of listening to music. Having said that, they are the best earbuds for work calls.

I love the clarity when listen to them. My only down side is the way they fit in your ears

The look and feel are great. They charge quickly and hold a charge for a few days. The noise cancelling is amazing! When im under the dryer, my friends cant hear anything. The app for the buds is one of the best. It helps you pick the right sized ear piece for your ear. I learned that all these years ive been wearing the wrong size, which is why they kept falling out. These buds are the Best Buy.

Excellent ! I am used to the old style Samsung Buds/Pro2; wasn't sure about these "iPod" type buds, but they're actually very comfortable, don't fall out, and function same as Samsung Buds Pro 2's. As usual Samsung outdoes itself.

Good headphones. Quality good for used. I would recommend getting this instead of buying new the price difference is huge and I can't tell that it is not new.

So far they came in great conditions flr being refurbished. Have yet to test them out since its Dead battery.

The sound quality is great however they don't stay in my ear well and i have to constantly push them back in regardless of the size of the earplugs.

Love the sound canceling option, have a little one and its nice to pop them in to muffle the crying while trying to soothe them. (If u have babies u know what im talking about) i can still hear talking but things like a vent or mixer going off is shuffled out. Audio quality is great. It also stops playing the moment u take it out. Also can track it with you phone as well if ur kiddos get into it an loose one. Lost several ear pieces like that before.

These buds work great for the samsung ecosystem. The NC works great and they seamlessly tranfer from device to device. A word of warning though, they perform terribly on the PC even with the proper drivers and programs.

Great sound quality but deducted 1 star for fit. The volume control is not very effective using the pods. Over all satified withbthe product.

This headphones are awesome. They may be refurbished but they sound great on top of they are noise cancelling. Its not 100% noise cancelling but you can definitely tell the difference.

You can hear wind noise and they fit ok.but for 124.00 they pass

More diverse in ear adapters. Otherwise big upgrade. Sound is great.
