I purchased these to work with my new galaxy fold. They are average at best.

Not sure why they changed up the part that goes in the ear to this style it absolutely sucks wish i had had the time to return them because i sure would have. Stupid design

After 1 month the right EAR just STOPPED WORKING I DIDNT BUY WARRANTY. JUST WASTED 80$.

The product was good just for 90 day warranty period after that have to throw in garbage

I was in shock to see how a company as big as Samsung could sell such bad product, design looks ship and bulky and sound worse ,all and all very bad product , go back and produce it again from zero .

I received an empty box. Nothing inside. Either best buy sent an empty box or fed ex employee stole it.. it's been 3 week. I am trying to get my money back but nothing

Never bought refurbished anything before and i will never do it again. They were not clean and hardly worked. Returning process was a breeze.

Earbuds don't disconnect from phone when placed back in the case. I guess that's what I get for buying a refurbished item.

Purchased this for Best Buy and it was a refurb. Not even a month and already having issues. I wouldn’t trust their refurbished items.

I purchased these new buds and had them for less than two days. The new design is awful. The pinching action to navigate is not user friendly at all. Every time you do it, the buds keep falling out. I am a Samsung user. It is my preferred brand. If I wanted an Apple knock off I would just buy one. The other thing that is not good, is the fit. They made it larger so for those of us who have smaller ears this design is not good. The previous design was nice as it sits in the ear without popping out and navigation was easy with the tap. I really hope Samsung finds their way back to a better user friendly design.

Arrived ad expected.in petfect eorking order. They work wonderfully. They are all i hoped for as well as a good vzlue. Thsnk you.

Left earbud sound is very low(tried everything to fix the issue) the right one is still loud. Went to return but the store no longer have them, they not sure when or if they will be getting more. The options was the Pro3(pay more) or refund. The whole two year warranty is a joke. If I purchased the Pro3 I would have to buy the warranty again. Higher price for Pro3 plus higher price for warranty. Purchased these Oct 11, 2024 went for replacement Feb 3, 2025

I just picked up the package, the box is open and it is a used device
