Brought this because im taking language lessons and my teacher lives overseas. The picture is clear and crisp, the sound os great when i play my Youtube music, and i love the fact that all my Samsung electronics is compatible with the laptop. And i do have a lot of Samsung electronics. Its easy to carry around because it's very light and thin.

Purchased this laptop for my grandson's birthday way in advance. Price went down a month later and unable to get the price match cause of return policy is shorter with refurbished electronics but it's a beautiful red laptop.

best chromebook, best color and simple to use. also its multi-tasking is off the charts for me.

This laptop is a really good one. I got it on sale and have enjoyed the color, the sleekness, and the speed of operating. It turns on fast, has a bright screen that I can even use on my back porch in full sunlight, has decent battery life, and has decent speakers. However, I purchased this in March of 2024 for some light online schooling and only used it for about two months and then it sat on a shelf for a few months, periodically used to surf the web for shopping. I went to open the laptop like normal and the ENTIRE bottom right corner of the screen popped out, and the right side hinge also popped out. I managed to put it back together but the screen will not close and cannot be adjusted or the whole panel starts to come apart. It appears that the screen is only glued to the background and the red pieces of the outer shell just snap together, but this should not have happened 6 MONTHS after purchase. I will be visiting a best buy geek squad center to try and resolve this. Be wary of the build quality.

Solid laptop for the price. Snappy, reaponsive processor and distinguished design

The OLED screen offers a bright, crispy display and the sound quality is phenomenal. Especially with the speakers built underneath the Chromebook I assumed the sound wouldnt be too good, but boy was that the furthest from factual. I didnt Even need to put volume past halfway and was still able to listen to a YouTube video from the other room. I can only imagine how much better the sound quality would be had I propped my two-in-one into tent mode so the speakers would have been facing outward. For anyone debating this model I'd highly suggest purchasing. The Samsung Chromebook 2 by far exceeded my expectations and Im sure it's a purchase you won't regret. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
