Awesome purchase for the price

Battery life lacking

Refurbished Cell

Once abroad the fone had talking issues I could hear incoming calls but not outgoing call. I tried everthing to make it work and nothing worked. Worst of all the 15 day returned policy expired while I was there, so I lost my money. I Should have spent a little extra to buy a new but who knew.

Ok for the price

Cheap packing & long wait

Overpriced junk for my taste . Happy to be an iPhone user again . Samsungs are so played out 2017 version of a blackberry curve

Then the mic quit working within the return period but we were forced to pay the difference to get a new one instead of being able to just exchange it for another refurb.

Worst service

I got the wrong battery so then I called Best Buy adn they reshipped it for me.. The second was also came with the wrong battery. So, eventually I will have to return both. Was expecting more from Best Buy services.
