This replaced my Note 4 phone. 1/3 of limited storage is already used by the phone system files. It is extremely hard to figure out how to do even small stuff on this one. And it is extremely hard to get support for it. The manual is useless. I have wasted hours and hours trying to use this phone. Samsong phone support puts you on hold and hangs up on you. My list of questions for them are so long, I could never get them all wrote down.
