I did not receive my product yet. I order a Samsung S20 Ultra. It was supposed to take 3 days at the most. A suggestion would be to change shipment deadlines associated with high demand products. Most of the products i buy come on time. Best buy customer service helpful offering a refund before the new deadline.

A major issue I encountered is with the microphone. During calls, the person on the other end often struggles to hear me, and sometimes they can't hear me at all. This problem persists even after trying various troubleshooting steps, such as wiping the cache partition and using third-party apps.

The phone looked great asthetically - no scratches and no dents but the Android Auto feature did not work. I also got a weird screen that appeared to be some type of coding. I turned the phone off and powdered it back on and the coding screen went away. Unfortunately, I will be returning it because the Android Auto functionality is needed.

Everyone says the phone is too heavy, I don't think so. It is no heavier in his a lot slimmer than my note 9

Bought this refurbished phone and what a joke..not the original charging block it came with a Motorola block, and the phone isn’t even in new condition, the camera on the back has 2 cracks..DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $900

Very clean, almost cant even tell its been refurbished. Works like a brand new phone. Would certainly buy again.

I got home see the box and I opened quick, what I see it wasn't nice a charger it was pick up from the trash, all duty and very old, and cable may be from 99 cents. I turn on the cell phone and I saw it wasn't full charge and I put it to charge, and than I came back to see how was getting charge the cell phone and i touched the charger it was really hot it's that ok and I haven't not even set yet the cell phone.

Wish i could buy a new one but refurbished is only available but happy with it came really quick took only 3 days and said it would about a week and works well but did have some screen burn in probably fix it later cant complain almost all used phones that
