Bad condition screen is broken and not functioning properly and the battery is not charged properly so the system is not working correctly

I went and had an unfortunate accident that killed the screen on my old phone. Because the methods by Samsung authorized repair shops it was more to replace the screen than to get this refurbished model. It has a longer battery life as that price just is for the screen replacement. a better seal, and no scratches. I tried everything. Even Amazon could not provide this quality with their refurbished model; the phone was coming apart at the seams, the never resealed it, or used an inferior resealing process. While refurbished models of the 21 are harder to find with best buy, they are in profoundly better condition than refurbishing through Samsung. or getting an "excellent condition" refurbished model 21+ from Amazon, With a phone in this good of a condition, I do not see myself buying new again the battery life and ability to handle apps is at a point of when I bought the 21+ new years ago.

BEWARE - of buying refurbished phones from best buy. I just had worst experience. I got the phone and even title says that it is "UNLocked" but it was actually LOCKED !! with ATT. Talked with Mobile activation expert at best buy , kept him in conferened with ATT and ATT guy said that "installment is missing for the phone" so they cant unlock it. Best buy member said that HE CANNOT DO ANYTHING and NO ONE at best buy knows as what to do. then WHY DO YOU SELL phone telling that it is UNLOCKED while its actually LOCKED. LOST my weekend morning + today evening 3 hours - just in vain .. AND I STILL CANT USE THE PHONE

Good Value and best stuffs. Was looking for birthday gifts and found this one to be perfect. It looks brand new and you can’t get anywhere else in such price.

This was my first time buying a refurbished phone and I was hesitant at first but once I received this phone I was happy with my purchase. It looked like a brand new phone, no dings or scratches and works great. It was easy to setup and to me it works like a brand new phone just way cheaper. I would recommend buying this to anyone who needs a phone that doesn't want to break the bank.

The phone was a refurbished phone and you could not even tell. No issues with the phone and still good and working.

Phone came in excellent condition. Seems to be new, maybe was returned after opened. It still came with side stickers protecting it. It has been about a month or more with no issues whatsoever for a refurbished phone

Phone looked great for 'refurbished'. Unfortunately Best Buy is hiring staff who cannot identify a 'Locked' phone, and management who either do not read these reviews or ignore them. Like many others who have purchased "Unlocked" phones from Best Buy (I have since found many others who have left reviews here with the same problem) mine was "Locked". When I brought it to Customer Service at the local BB store, they scheduled an appoint with their Geek Squad. I asked if the Geek Squad can unlock phones and was told "no, they can't" so I returned it (before they waisted more of my time). Sad - Best Buy was once a repectable company.

Item Description said it was unlocked. When I opened it, it was locked to TMo customer but Im on other carrier. Wasted my time to return it at the store

Phone started glitching and freezing up, only two days after I activated it. I had confidence in the quality of the phone as it was gek squad certified but that didn't mean much based on the issues I experienced right away. Also the phone was a little dirty out of the packaging.
