    Phone arrived and sd card and my data from prior device was transferred without issue however the phone wants to "update" a couple of times right away i think nothing of it until day 3 when it continued to this 2-3 times daily. I went to best buy to geek squad and basically they see what its doing and the solution refund the $ They do not know how to fix& or dont even try they just replace but since this is refurbished and they dont have another i am out of luck holding defective device and hassle of obtaining new returning etc. And this was "geek squad certified refurbished" sold by them on the 7/16 today is 7/25 when i spoke to geek squad in person phone was delivered 7/21.the store manager suggest I contact Microsoft tech support since it appears its a software issue?? Why am I fixing a geek squad certified phone when i bought a device best buy guaranteed to work. This is ny 3rd device purchased and worst experience ever will never shop best buy again

    Kept freezing and boot looping after 3 days of use. Tried everything from clearing cache partition, optimizing apps, and factory reset. Nothing solved the freeze/boot loop issue. Fortunately Best Buy provided a full refund, the staff and manager were excellent.
