The device is not original, when registered with my phone company it shows another name, and the phone stopped receiving calls, it completely lost the signal, now it only works with WiFi

As for the functionality of the phone itself, it performed just fine. As for the UI and OS, SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Youre better off keeping your older phone model because there is truly nothing spectacular about the S22 Ultra that merits this ridiculous price point! Especially the fact that you have to buy a 45w charging box for $50 seperately!! I own a S20 and had this phone for 3 days before I decided to return it and keep my S20!! Unless you have an undying need for a stylus to write with or to take upclose pictures of the moon, then save your money or buy a new computer instead!

Best buy sent a blacklisted phone and are not even ready to help when i walked into the store Geek squad support in Bellevue. The only option is to return the phone is what they got to say. They did not even check with network providers or if the IMEI number is blocked by provider. I managed to find this info online and by going to my service provider. When returning phone i asked if there is anybway to get me an alternate phone and they say nothing avaialble in Tukwila. Lot of time and money wasted on this and a poor customer experience and satisfaction.

Great phone for signing deals, taking pictures, making notes on text, email, photos, and snapshots for customers and my design team.

Bought this phone for my wife and its good as new.

I decided to switch to the iPhone 14 pro max for a year and seen this for a great price and decided go back to a more familiar eco system/os and in completely satisfied with my purchase.

Got the phone and put it on charge and the battery died within 30 minutes and the phone after trying to hook it up wouldnt keep signal and version said the antenna was bad

I have to now wirelessly charge my phone because it gives me a warning that my charging port has moisture or debris inside. Neither are true because I have cleaned it out, put it in a bag of silica for 24 hours, and have a case that has a charging port cover. Due to my location, returning it is not an option. So now, I have an $800 paperweight that I can't charge while hiking.

The phone would not stay connected to the network. I tried a new sim card, refreshing settings and all other recommended trouble shooting with no success. I was able to return the phone but I am having to eat the cost of the protective screen cover I had installed (roughly $80). This was my first experience buying a refurbished product, I will not be buying another.

The experience with this phone has been horrible. I have returned this three times. Thinking the 3rd time would be my last. But no. Camera has a delay, messages have a delay. I'm not getting any service at my work. And with my old phone I did get service.
