"Certified refurbished". Cracked camera lens was nowhere in the description. Thats the 2nd phone that i bought and returned from bestbuy in 2 months.

Always finding something new on phone. Don't have any complaints about this phone

Trash...never buy a refurbished phone. Didnt hold charge scarth and just a bad phone overall.

The phone is great. Camera on it is awesome. The size is pretty bulky. It barely if ever fits in a pocket or even my purse and the square corners kind of get in the way (probably should have gone with an S22 plus with round corners) but all in all it's a really nice phone. I was disappointed because a week later Bestbuy offered a lower monthly price which would have saved me a mentionable amount but they passed me on to my carrier to deal with the change which they would not do. (cited an already established contract) For the huge amount I shop and spend there it seems Best Buy could have offered the difference to a loyal customer but they didn't and that was after passing me around 4 times on the phone. 90 minutes I'll never get back of my life. Ugh!

I like the items this item clearance good save money

They sent me a cell phone with Verizon service locked phone , I flew to another country and when I tried to use a SIM card from another country, it couldn't. and the solution they gave me when i call was "try to unlock it in some clandestine workshop since there were only 5 days left for the return", but my trip would last more than 5 days. terrible service
