First time purchasing a refurbished phone. It's like brand new however unfortunately no box comes with it.

I ordered this phone as a gift as soon as it came in i opened the box the back glass came off and the front screen was scratched badly and then the phone got supper hot do not order refurbished items from bestbuy

This was a replacement for a failed fold phone that I felt was prematurely failed. That maybe made it 2 years. This was a budget phone replacement; it was very nice looking had a somewhat decent memory on it.

The phone was like zero visible scratches, used area around the charging port. Otherwise from looks its hard to identify. I got the device as T-Mobile unlocked device, every time you reboot, you get the T-Mobile logo... and you have T-Mobile apps inside the phone. The problem was the device gets Freezed at any instant and it would restart by itself. Random restarting. No stock to replace either and gave back the device for a complete Refund. The advertising of "Geek Squad Certified" doesnt really help or doesnt have a value, when the phone is restarting randomly and this should have been found during the testing.

The phone was in flawless cosmetic condition... But Geek squad didn't catch the broken camera, going to 10x zoom makes it fail. I tried to get it replaced but customer service at best buy is the worst experience I've ever had. They didn't help at all and gave me the run around for over an hour. Very bad. I'll never buy geek squad refurbished items. You shouldn't either! Trust me.

Writing this review on my friends behalf as I bought it for a friend and he is simply in love with this phone! Samsung gives one of the best camera phones and it hold true for S22 as well.. Excellent display quality and user interface. Positively surprised with the battery life!!! Just buy any Galaxy Series and you would love it for sure!

I loved my S22 Ultra. I loved the pen, especially. Now, I have the S25 Ultra w/pen. I miss my S22 Ultra.

Having a issue with the phone. Getting a error 3 out 5 times, Moisture detected, when we trying to charge. Restart the phone, dry it again and it will start working. After a day or two the same issue. Not sure, how the best buy Geek Squad passed it to be sold as refurbished phone. Unfortunately, I have sent this phone as a gift to my sister, who doesn't live in the same country, so I couldn't bring it back to return or exchange.

I was exciting to get a certified refurbished phone through best buy. That did not happen the device was in bad shape, deep scratches in the screen, it was dirty, the whole device had paint chips, it looked like it had been dragged across concrete on multiple occasions. Even looking past all that, what put the icing on the cake was the horrible screen burn in. Terrible experience! Who ever certified that phone needs to be retrained.

This phone has lasted me so long! Definitely worth the price!

Got the phone and this is not a unlocked phone as stated with the title. This is a TMobile device. Still works for me. what does it mean for it to be Geek Squad Certified...that they turned it on and it worked? They included a cable (Type C to Type C) which I don't have an outlet adapter for. Lucky I can use my old charger with it. I'm loosing faith in best buy and its products..

Geek Squad Refurbished doesn't really mean anything, I guess. Supposed to be tested, but when I received it, the stylus was not working/not detected and apparently it didn't even sit fully inside the slot. Looked like a generic stylus. I put it back in the bubble wrap it came in and returned the next day. Waste of time!

Everythings good except that it is not unlocked as advertised. I had to pay extra to a third party to unlock the phone.
