This a great update from my S10e.
Much faster, smoother, battery last longer. Just a little bigger than the S10e but small enough to feel comfortable holding. This phone is the upgrade I've been waiting for.

Screen fracture

Camera is awesome. one drop to the ground in an otter box did fracture the corner of the screen, this led to the phone not illuminating or being inoperable. my previous S20 still worked great after a screen fracture, however the S24 did not. Still a great phone with the ISP ratings.

Great phone. I used iphone for about 14 years and was impressed by how many little things i prefer with this phone

Refurb s24 screen was badly scratched up, like the previous owner carried rocks in their pocket or something, bestbuy should have been listed the refurb as fair/good quality, very misleading
