The one I received happened to be on the Verizon fraud list, caused me hours of phone conversations with Verizon to get account unsuspended. Geek Squad should have caught the issue when Certifying it. I was able to return it.
I did purchase a new S24 and have to say it is a great phone and the camera is amazing.

Bought this phone because the sales man said it was unlocked. Got it in the mail and tried to put it on boost mobile only to find out it was locked to Verizon. Went back to the store and ended up having to use Verizon for 60 days. Been over 60 day and now dealing with verizon to get it unlocked. They wouldn't take it back. Would not recommend anyone to buy from best buy. Corporate wouldn't even help me.

Wouldn’t connect to Verizon. When they did get it connected, it would just drop back out to sos mode.
