Nice phone, but still trying to figure out how it works. The wrong charger cord was sent with it so now I have to find time to go the Best Buy to get one. Big inconvenience.

Refurbished Geek Squad S9+ (unlocked) - excellent shape and functions as new. Only complaint is came with wall charger only and nothing further, however Best Buy was transparent and was not a surprise (was holding out hope). Would buy refurbished again in future as has been a positive experience thus far.

The phone would have been fabulous but the one I recieved was actually a live unit demo phone which is not to be sold cause it won't work. I was not mad at all. Was actually funny when I realized. The only frustrating thing was that I tried for 3 days to activate my phone, wondering why it wasnt working...Until I realized the problem. I went to the nearest Best Buy and they took care of me and had a phone in stock for me. So I was able to get a new phone that same day. The phone itself, even being a used, refurbished phone, deserves 5 starts. But with the experience I'm rating it a 4.

This phone was great, I used it for about a year and had the best experience, I am loyal to samsung in general but this phone was refurbished so I got it for less than the market value and still didn't disappoint me, instead it was a great phone, very resistant too lol

Sceptical going refurbished but best buy was the cheapest and best guarantee I could find for saving some money. Got exactly what i was going for like new, no scratches and super clean. Would highly recommend. Put in my sim card and restored my stuff from cloud and off you go.

You can Google the S9+ and find a million detailed reviews so I will only add this...the camera is phenomenal, noticably better than my previous S8. It is literally worth an upgrade just for the camera. The other thing I would advise is to use the Samsung built in utilities, like the cloud backup and restore, if you are coming from another Samsung phone. Even if you are not coming from another Samsung phone I would strongly advise setting up all the Samsung utilities so you can restore the phone if you ever need to.

So far I have had no problems with this phone it runs really well and is fast the camera takes great pictures.

It looks like as a brand new. So happy with that purchase. Highly recommended :)

Even my mom loved my phone. She asked me to get one for her. Also who could beat the price. With taxes it came out to 700.

Switching from an iPhone X to this phone and this phone is great very easy to use really like the lilac color! It is refurbished but looks and works like new!

I'm happy that I purchased as a refurbished phone. It works perfectly and I saved almost $300. Be aware however, I did not get a manual or headphones with my refurbished product.

Since receiving phone I've been sick and have not been able to try all the features. Got emails loaded along with contacts. Will try to get phone loaded so I can try all the features before warranty runs out. Did not receive the tool to remove SIMA tray so will work that issue. The tool should have been included.

My wife and I bought a refurbished phone through Best Buy/ Geek Squad and it was in perfect condition. Great battery life, clarity, physical condition, etc.

I purchased this refurbished galaxy S9 + coral blue two weeks ago and the condition of the device was really like a brand new one but for way less than the retail value and i can't complain the phone performs amazingly fast and the pictures are awesome. I'm really happy with this purchase. Although, the phone only came with the wall fast charging cable and the phone itself i'm still satisfied with the overall result of this purchase.

Came fast and is really nice phone.The refurbished one I bought had a little niche on the side, barely noticeable, possibly a factory defect? Either way amazing device and I'm happy I bought it!
